Mike was excellent. He came out immediately and on short notice when another company we had committed to could not be reached and our landscaping project was had started. He was very knowledgeable. We were on a tight budget and had decided to forgo an additional zone, thinking that we would hand water for a few months. Mike had recommended two zones to avoid this and ended up charging only materials costs just so the job would be done right. The work was excellent. His prices were very competitive and we saved about $75 on the start-up and blow-out costs as well.

The service went pretty well. They took the time to show us a little bit about the system and uncovered some sprinkler heads we didn't even know were there. A few weeks later my husband had time to walk through the system and test the zones. We discovered then that several zones did not work properly and the moisture gauge malfunctioned. We decided we could live with the system as is and would wait until the Fall to ask them to take another look. (In conjunction with them coming to winterize.) For the amount we paid I expected the system to function better overall, even though they did tell us that it was fairly old.

Michael and his team were very good. Michael returned all calls and provided a thorough estimate at the beginning. He completed the work very quickly and in a professional manner. The sprinkler system works very well and our lawn looks great.
