I called Landmark engineering and left a voice mail that I would like to have my property surveyed. I received a call back the same day and the person said they would take a look at the details and get back to me in a couple of days. I waited a little over a week and called back. I left a voice mail and inquired that I was checking in on the status of the request. No one ever responded to the call. After the initial phone conversation, I was completely ignored. I can't imagine I would need survey services anytime in the near future, but I will definitely tell others not to use this company.

Landmark Engineering responded quickly, but the work took longer than expected because of the recent flooding we had in the area. This was understandable because I know it had affected many of my friends and coworkers as well. I did have to call them a couple of times to get the status of the job. The owner Paul delivered a hard copy to my home and also emailed me a soft copy for my records.

Overall it went great. They provided us with an estimate to perform the work over the phone. Visited the property and did the survey within a reasonable amount of time. I picked up the certified plot plan a few days after they finished the work. I did have to call to see if the work was finished but overall it was done promptly.
