We had a horrible experience. We met with Hamlin and gave him our criteria for design. He did little to follow the requirements we asked for, poorly communicated design issues and manufactured cabinets that did not meet what we wanted. We specifically said we did not want a lazy susan and when they came to install the cabinets there was one along with our design requests we made which were not met. During the install, the measurements they took were wrong and they had a misunderstanding with the builder so they left the cabinets not full installed. In order to get them back, they charged me in order to come out after I had paid full price for the install. In addition to not delivering the design requirements we had and overcharging us for the install, Hamlin himself was rude, unethical and just a jerk. r would nevet use them,.

We could not have been more pleased as to all aspects of the project. Most of us only do this once or twice in a lifetime and deciding on a vendor can be nerve racking when you consider the amount of money at stake. Choosing Hamlin Cabinets as our cabinets supplier was one of the best decisions we make in regards to renovations. They evaluated our old kitchen layout and provided options. Helped us with the decision making. Built exactly what we wanted and the workmanship was perfect. Installation was a breeze. Note: we had one glitch that had nothing to do with Hamlin Cabinets but they helped us work around the issue and all turned out well.

Brian is the ultimate professional! He is knowledgeable, honest and he designed my kitchen for free. His workmanship is perfect. I can't say enough good things about him. He used the best wood and products and his installers were great too. To me he is a craftsman and his cabinets are more like a work of art to him.
