The work looks good, but since we cannot turn on the radient heat, we can't speak to the quality. The installation was extremely slow, and the company very unresponsive. Once the work was completed and paid for, Green Energy Footprints was supposed to return and walk us through the operation of the system. We cannot reach the owner on the phone, he does not respond to messages, and he didn't show up for the appointment we finally got with him through our builder. We definitely don't recommend this company.
Description of Work: Installation of an entire HVAC system, including radient heat, in a newly built home.

Poorly. Two showers installed, inspector shows up. These showers did not meet code and were rejected by inspector. I contacted source F.W. Webb, discussed then argued with both the local supplier and then the corporate office including the President. Fortunately the Director of Marketing was a decent reasonable individual. If a company is selling a product in MA they should inform buyers that it does NOT meet the plumbing code before it is purchased. To be fair the plumber should also be asking the same question before he purchased and installed it. What a giant three week mess! When the bathrooms were finally finished and the it was time for the final plumbing inspection last Sept the say before Labor Day weekend, the inspection didn't happen. The contractor told the plumber to call and schedule for that day because the final inspection then needed to happen after plumbing was signed off. The plumber called contractor and told him it was all set. The morning the day it was to happen the plumber contacted the contractor telling him it was cancelled without any explanation. My contractor contacted me and told me the same so I called the city hall leaving a message for the plumbing inspector to please call me and explain the cancellation. a 1/2 hr later the PI called me irate telling me that NO inspection had been scheduled because the plumber was NOT available. He also told me that the inspection was officially scheduled for the day after Labor day because that is what the Plumber asked for. Clearly some dishonest information was being circulated. I ended up apologizing to the PI and sending this information to my contractor. The tenants were to move in Aug 15th but because of the plumber this did not happen. The next issue is the LG heating & A/C system which he persuaded me to install. We discovered after the fact, that the plumber did not perform the correct calculations for the downstairs and therefore despite my asking repeatedly about the system's ability to cool and heat the entire downstairs including the bedroom, it was determined by the LG rep and the LG systems expert that the system's ability was under estimated by calculations. I contacted LG rep and he brought the MA expert for the LG system to review everything. This resulted my having to install a 4th unit to the tune of $1800.00. The upstairs has two LG units, one in each bedroom. One of the units wasn't installed correctly and this resulted in the LG HVAC having to come back to make the necessary adjustments which cost me another $500.00 plus my personal time, the time of the contractor.
Description of Work: Complete redo of the entire house plumbing including installing two bathrooms w/showers and an LG heating & A/C system on both floors
