Description of Work: Spring Clean-Up 2016. I used Salvucci landscaping for the first time in 2015. The owner, Paul, was very professional and extremely prompt when he came to give me an estimate and paid attention to my concerns and questions. He was very flexible in working with my schedule and was willing to work with me in my situation. My experience was very positive last year. Salvucci landscaping was reliable, efficient and attentive to any requests we had. His employees were experienced, knowledgeable and efficient in their work and were very hard working. They were polite, respectful and helpful to answer any questions or concerns we had. With no phone call from me this spring, his men were here this March right on time to do the spring clean-up. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to hire a landscaping service. I look forward to working with Salvucci Landscaping for the 2016 Season.

Description of Work: The $35 cost of service is for a weekly/biweekly lawn mowing, but in addition to that Paul's team has done spring/fall clean ups, pruning, fertilizer treatments, and all other care of my yard.

Description of Work: We reached out to 5 landscapers. Each condo had a vote and the vote was won by Salvucci. We have hired him for the summer and he has been terrific. I do not have to chase him and he quickly does anything I ask. He arrives with a team and is in and then out of here quickly. He bills monthly.

Description of Work: on Friday, April 18, 2014 around 8:30 am, I was at the laundromat on Adams Street in Newton. I had to park in front of the laundromat because SALVUCCI LANDSCAPE had the parking lot blocked off because they were doing spring clean up - removing the sand. I paid no mind to it until I noticed an older gentleman, who was also in the laundromat, go outside and stand near his car and waited for the landscapers to blow off the sand and dirt off of his car. After a few minutes, the landscapers came over to where my car was parked and blew sand and dirt all over my car. I watched from inside the laundromat as he walked away without cleaning off my car. I went outside and waited for one of the landscapers to look over at me, and i gestured to him to clean off my car. He said absolutely nothing to me. After a few minutes, he walked across the parking lot, picked up the leaf blower, and cleaned off my car. I went out after to check my car and noticed a mark on the back of my trunk - the landscaper was obviously waving the leaf blower too close to my car. My car is completely filthy too and when I opened my trunk, there was dirt and sand all on the inside. I decided to contact Salvucci Landscape Co. so that they were aware of what their employees are doing. Later that night, I received an extremely rude email from the owner, Paul Salvucci. I would have been satisfied with an apology and letting me know that he'd speak to his employees about it but instead I got the following email: "Sorry if you had come out and found dirt on your car. I really don't think it should be a complaint . My employee had went back to every car and blw them off maybe you really don't have any thing better to do we had a job to do and we did it there are bigger things to worry about in this world then a $ 10.00 Car wash thanks"

Description of Work: Cleared our driveway, front walk, and steps after each snowfall this season.

Description of Work: Salvucci Landscaping cleared entire overgrown front and back yard on hillside. Complete removal of trees, grass, shrubbery, etc.

Description of Work: Salvucci Landscape has been cutting our lawn and doing Spring and Fall cleanups for a few years and the yard always looks great. This year we decided to add more area to our backyard. Paul gave a very reasonable estimate to grind a couple stumps, plant a hedge of Rose of Sharon, put in some landscape timber steps and lay down sod. He said he'd be there in a week and it would take two days. He showed up a week later and it only took a day and a half. He told me to water everything twice a day for 2 weeks. I did that and now we have the most amazing backyard oassis!!

Description of Work: Does our regular lawn care. Prompt and reliable.

Description of Work: We use Salvucci for winter snow removal and for lawn care the rest of the year. (though I'm not sure about expertise in tree pruning skills. tree care is a special area and I would rather use a tree pro) For lawn, edging, shrubs, everything else -- this is a good company to deal with. Paul Salvucci is the owner and takes great care to do what the customer wants. He is not inexpensive (not the cheapest you'll find, but not most expensive either) -- but we choose to pay for knowing we don't have to worry about what needs to be done and when. Salvucci just shows up and does what's needed, without waiting for a call from us. (This goes for lawn care and snow removal). He is also very polite and will take instruction for particular things that need to be done - in a cheerful and professional manner.

Description of Work: Paul and his company take care of our landscaping needs in Lexington. He and his people are great. Grass cutting, fertilization, weeding regular clean-ups.

Description of Work: They removed leaves from our front and back lawn.
