Description of Work: I used Innovative Security Information Systems. We moved into our home 2 months ago, and they installed the alarm system. The owners name is Rick Baker.

+ -1 moreOne of the nicest guys I've done any business with. Always available, always helpful. Just very clear, does good work, really wants to make sure his customers are happy. Alarms can be confusing and if the person doesn't know what he/she is doing, it can really be a pain. Rick makes it all simple.
Description of Work: Rick put in our alarm at our townhouse in Newtonville back in 1999. Since then, we've moved and put in the alarm in our new house. He also put in the alarm in our house on the South Shore. He puts in the alarm and also provides service monthly monitoring service.
