November 9, 2019 Recommendation for ALM Electrical. This is to recognize the excellent service provided by ALM electrical in the installation of two electrical fireplaces in our home. In my initial phone contact with Anthony, the owner, he asked specific questions about the installation and arranged a time to visit our home to look at the project in detail. Looking at the specifications of the fireplace unit it was decided to install two separate circuits, one for each fireplace. The exact placement of the lines was to be determined when the electrician came to do the install. The installation of the electrical lines to the two fireplaces went smoothly. The one fireplace unit we had was thoroughly tested upon completion of the job. We received a follow-up call a few days after the work was completed, to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. We have used the fireplace nearly every night since it was installed. It works perfectly. We highly recommend ATM electrical for any electrical service needed in the home. R.C. It was an excellent experience. The pricing was very fair. They were extremely efficient. Every part of the deal was very fair and positive.

They are very good. They have done several things for me. We have a home that is over 100 years old and they really seem to know older homes.

He responded very quickly to our telephone call and came when he said he would. He did the work that was needed and explained what was not needed or necessary. He also told us what the telephone company should pay for and what was our responsibility. His knowledge and how he related it to us was very helpful.

Roof leaked during heavy rain, and water came through ceiling lights/fan. Anthony and crew did superb job putting in new fixtures, and making home safe again. Noteably, he came swiftly during emergency, repaired unsafe wiring/fuses, installed new fixtures, and made recommendations regarding limits to use of older wiring and outlets to prevent risk of fire. Prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful employees. Wish you had an A+ rating on the checklist--I'd mark every category that way!
