Description of Work: Fixed step on porch outside. They had to take off floor boards and rebuild step. Also repaired a small part of a door frame that was rotten.

Description of Work: The work has not yet been performed, but is schedule to begin within the next few weeks, so I will come back to update my review. There have been some complications, but primarily around the architect that we were referred to; he does not work directly for Western Construction. Brandon has been very pleasant, but due to a combination of the architect and weather, our project had been delayed for about 9 months.

Description of Work: my name it paul I own a house in Brighton and was in search for some one to do some gutter work on my house. I found brendan on angies list he came over , understood my needs, have me a price on the spot. i own rental property and am experienced workingwith contractors . no games no B/S The work was done right, when I asked him to come back and make some ajustments there was no problem. He did not ask for any $$ up front, I would defiantely use him again and would recomend him to friends.
