We wanted to modernize and expand our existing deck. Pete from Tise Home Builders put a lot of effort into listening to our ideas. He then came up with alternative 3D computer designs which helped us visualize possibilities. After we settled on a plan, Pete gave us a detailed proposal and patiently worked with us on choice of materials to find a good balance between value and quality. We had a lot of questions as the work progressed, and Pete was flexible about accommodating us with some desired changes. Pete takes great pride in his work. He and his phenomenal crew created a spectacular multilevel deck with Timbertech decking, railings, and post caps and stair riser LED lighting. Peter Tise was active and creative in keeping the job moving, and completing it quickly. He handled a difficult set of obstacles (AKA boulders) in putting in the foundings, quickly adjusting with three different types of foundings and various communications with the town inspector. I am pleased by the design touches he added to the deck.

During a storm a giant old pine tree broke in half and just pancaked our garage and part of our rear deck. Pete from Tise Home Builders was referred to us from a neighbor up the street. Our situation got worse when they removed the fallen tree. One of the branches had pierced directly into the Septic Tank. It was one of the newer plastic Septic Tanks and it was shattered and needed to be replaced. Tise Home Builder took care of everything. Not only did they take care of the Septic Tank Replacement, Peter Tise battled the insurance company for a new garage foundation, and won. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. What was an old glorified shack of a garage, is now a fresh brand new structure with matching siding, Azek trim, and a nice new garage door, doors and windows. Itâ s a major upgrade and we couldnâ t be happier.

Pete did a great job lining up all the various contractors we needed to replace an old uneven paver patio with a really nice deck. We are really pleased with the quality of the work, and have already asked him to replace our old concrete step at the front of the house with a portico entrance. Pete is very transparent with his pricing which is really appreciated.

Peter the owner is very honest and customer centric - very reasonable pricing and completed the project on time! Way to go!

Pete did a fantastic job remodeling my bathroom and was very transparent about all of the costs throughout. He took great care of my home (and my pets) and always made sure that i was happy with all the work. Start to finish it came out perfectly and exactly like the mock ups I provided. Highly recommended, will definitely use him again in the future for more remodels.

Quality work, great price and reasonable timeline. Pete built a fantastic deck for me that I have gotten many compliments on. Very happy with his work.

A tree fell on my house and they had to rebuild the entire front side of my home. He worked with us and the insurance. They was patient, honest, transparent, and great. He did everything up to code, took a lot of care of our personal belongings and even helped us put everything back in place after the work was completed. He did such a great job and I cant say enough good things.
