Don is the real deal - a skilled courteous professional who knows his craft and is good at it. I own an almost 100 year house with a slate roof and copper gutters and downspouts. After recent storms caused one of our downspouts to fail, I found Don and Tip Top Roofing through this web site. He quickly and skillfully did what needed to be done. From this day forward, he is my go-to for long term maintenance and improvement of the unique and durable roof and metalwork that keeps us dry.

Don was very responsive, even though we had not done business before. He really worked very hard to remove a severe ice dam problem and clear the roof of snow and ice. He is very reliable and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Don is a man of his word. What he says is what it is. Has been very honest and forthright. His crew is very professional and knowledgeable. They follow the owners instructions .
