A job that was supposed to take a week per their estimates actually took 2 months. They were not consistent with their schedule, needed to be prompted to paint the doors, and their handiwork was not up to par and inconsistent depending on who was working on it. After they left, the door knob came off on one of our screen doors. The office door was also not properly installed; we are still dealing with the fall out from that. I would not hire them again on such an important job as safeguarding my home.

We had an unusual project - repacing the polycarbonate roof of a sunroom whose manufacturer was no longer in business. The Sullivans did a lot of research to identify and find the needed parts. The installation was onas scheduled, went smootly and we have had no leaks or any other problems with the work.

Efficient and professional.

The repair work to our front steps was of excellent quailty. The carpenter was great to work with and did a fantastic job.

I felt the Sullivan Company performed a more than satisfactory job for a reasonable price.

The communication with The Sullivan Co was very good. Jerry gave me a quick cost for the jobs and Andy always responded to emails and phone messages very quickly.. The carpenter, Jeff was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and did an excellent job. Definitely would recommend this company.

Updated 07/31/2017: I sued this company on small claim court at Concord district court and won. Briefly keep away from this company, see details below. I hired this company to fix the ice dam problems occurred in the winter 2014. Turned out it's a big mistake. The total amount I paid them is over $12,000 to fix 3 places: one area around a skylight, 2 ice dam problems that damaged ceiling. Paul Sullivan gave me 2-year-warranty on their work, which is pretty good, I thought originally. They started working in Oct 2015, and finished it June 2016. Yes, it took about 8 months! I think the main reasons why it took so long time is the bad quality of their work. They have to redo the work time and time again to fix the problem caused by their previous work. For example, one time after they put plaster on the ceiling in the morning, and all the plaster fell off of the ceiling in the afternoon, making a mess in my rooms. They have to come another time to fix it. Another time after replacing the shingles the roof still kept leaking in the rain. They have to come again to redo the shingles. After couple of times they couldn't fix the leak themselves and have to find another company to fix the problem for them. But guess what they billed me for them to having that company to help them out! I just couldn't believe it. But now it still leaks in the heavy rain couple of weeks ago. Although I was given 2-year-warranty on their work when signing the contract they told me like this as quoted: "The work by the roofer is an invoice that needs to be paid. Once that is taken care of I would be willing to send someone over with some roof tar and or caulking on an hourly basis to see what can be temporarily tied in for you but you simply need a new roof". Yes, now they told me I need a new roof. Just found out that this company has a bad review on angieslist at : https://www.angieslist.com/. Wish I could see it earlier.

Last winter's snows caused 40 feet of gutter & soffit & fascia to be ripped off the roof. After several problems with other contractors, I contacted The Sullivan Company (TSC) What an improvement. They set a date promptly, quickly gave me a fair estimate (which was approved by the insurance company), and set a date to begin the work. They arrived on time and completed on time, leaving the site completely clean. I am talking to them about other projects. I recommend TSC based on my experience.
