We've worked with Marie on two transactions: buying our home and selling a condo. My fiancée and I were referred to Marie as a close family friend and could not be happier with our decision to partner with the Presti Group during our home search. We began looking for homes in early spring of this year just as pandemic regulations in Massachusetts were beginning to take shape. Our combination of selective location, price point as first time homebuyers and search timing created an incredibly competitive market. Marie was with us every step of the way as we visited well over a dozen homes, entered a handful of bidding wars and even saw a P&S fall through on the seller’s side. At no point did Marie’s confidence ever waver and she made a point to keep our spirits high by reminding us that our dream home could always be just around the corner. It was nearly 4 months from the time we signed our Agency agreement to the eventual closing on our new home in the perfect Burlington neighborhood. "My sister and I hired Marie to sell our other sister’s home in Newton. We both live outside of Massachusetts so everything was coordinated long distance. I did a lot of research to find an agent and from everything I read about Marie, she was considered an excellent realtor and this proved to be true. She is very detail-oriented, which was important because there was a lot to do, including clearing out the tremendous amount of clutter my sister had accumulated over the years. My husband and I purchased our first home with the help of Marie, and now we just sold and purchased again using her as our agent again. Marie and her team gave us incredible guidance on staging and timing, and priced and negotiated for us to the point where we sold our house the first weekend it was on the market, and above the asking price.
