+ -1 moreVery well. We're overjoyed with our new home and happy that we learned a lot in the process. Rachel worked very hard to meet our needs, was frank in her views and incredibly patient with us. She's a very dedicated broker, incredibly hard worker, really on your side.
Description of Work: The seller paid her a normal portion of the commission as part of the closing. She helped us find our current home, prior rental home 2 years ago, and sold our house before a relocation 4 years ago. She stuck with us through a very long housing search. She was great at showing us places, doing extra research on the grade schools associated with each. The length of the search was due to us trying to time the market, not a lack of effort from Rachel. We even made offers on two houses before finding this one. She worked with us through multiple negotiations and helped us find a great inspector and radon vendor.
