Victor and his team came in after I had a major breach in the main waste water pipe. My insurance company sent them in and they were amazing! The first team came in and were like a swarm of bees - taking out all of the damaged flooring and other damaged items. They were extremely thorough. Then the next group came in sealed off an area of the basement and set up blowers and other equipment to dry out the area. Victor came by each day for 4 days to check the progress. Victor was outstanding. Friendly, helpful and guided me through the process. Victor was very respectful of my time and coordinated his visits on my schedule. I can't say enough about Victor and his crew! I don't know anything about the cost because my insurance company paid them directly. Water damage and plumbing issues are very stressful, so it was nice to have a company that was proactive and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
