Both crews were great. They were hard workers. They were very cordial and polite. I will be calling to commend them.

I have used them two or three times. It was really cheap. They gave me a huge discount. It usually is $139, I think and I got it for $79. It was customer appreciation because I had used them in the past and because I referred people to them and used them myself several times. I would never use another moving company in my life as long as they are in business. And if somebody asked me I would definitely tell them to go there.

They were late. I would use them again.

The three movers were courteous, efficient and patient. We were still packing when they came and they helped out. They bid far less (up to half as much) than other companies and did a great job.

They were a great team. It was a hot day and I have an asphalt driveway. They left an indentation on the asphalt. They should have left aboard down. I didn't realize it until they were gone. The price was reasonable. They were a rare moving company. They were competitive. The quality was an A. They did a good job of moving our furniture and getting it in to the house. They got back to me. They were on time. Their professionalism was fine. They were good enough.

Everything went smoothly and the guys were nice.

It was an odd situation and I wasn't entirely clear if I was being ripped off or not. I was coming down from Cambridge and I got delayed. I wasn't right behind them, and when I got here they weren't here. I wasn't totally clear if they had been here or not. I called the office and somebody said that they should be right along, it had been several hours. They called the driver and they were here in three minutes. The people were very nice. They helped me with a couple of things that were in the wrong place and they move them. They couldn't figure out where to put the boxes, there was a language barrier. A friend was helping me that spoke Spanish and he helped give directions. Things weren't broken or missing, so that part was good. I think it took longer than it needed too because of the language barrier. It didn't occur to me until later that it would have been a big help. They left in a U-haul truck and that bothered me. I thought they were cheaper than the other estimates that I got. I thought they did a good job.

Very professional, courteous and even better honest. They found a $100 bill on the floor as we were moving and they gave it back to me.

The service provided was excellent. We had a crew of 7 people on the first day to move our belongings from our home to a new home over 50 miles away. The crew was very respectful of the furniture and our home to make sure nothing was damaged and even helped pack a few items that we couldn't get to. The foreman answered all of our questions and was very attentive to our concerns. All the boxes and furniture were brought into our new home. We appreciated their patience as they waited for one of us to determine which of the rooms each box and piece of furniture would be placed. On the second day there were 4 movers with the same foreman which made what could have been a difficult move go very smoothly. They moved two storage units to our new home and when it was determined that there would be a shortage of space they took the excess furniture to a new smaller storage facility close to our new home. In addition, the foreman had great suggestions about how to place the things in our home so we would have an easier time un-packing all of the boxes. The move came in under budget because of the speed and hard work of the entire moving team. We considered their service to be top notch and have already referred their services to some people that we know.

Making the arrangements was a snap (we called about four weeks in advance to reserve the date). On moving day, the crew showed up exactly on time. It's amazing how hard these guys work. We identified specific pieces of furniture that were particularly important to us, and they did a great job of taking care of them. The job was done in about the time that was predicted so the cost estimate was close to the final bill. We enjoyed working with the crew (Miguel, Shaq and Oscar). They were courteous and professional, and everything was delivered in great shape. The price was great, too!

Amazing - the guys worked so hard, were conscientious and careful. Very professional. Would check in with me continuously to make sure things ended up in the proper location. Would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed. Numerous attempts made to obtain total price, but additional costs were buried in "Special Conditions" and were not contained in Oscar's estimated price. Workers used more supplies (tape, etc) than necessary. Also, we discovered several significant scratches in the center/face of our cherry entertainment center furniture after the workers departed.

Excellent service. Even better than the first time! The foreman was incredible. He was respectful and organized things. He was very careful.

They were very flexible with scheduling a move date as my schedule was not very accomodating. Were able to move an entire 3 bedroom homes contents in 8 hours. Very friendly crew.

They packed large TV and some mirrors. They wrapped all furniture in a 4 bedroom house. I had packed the rest. Moving was done in one day with one large truck. and 4 men. They even set up 2 bedrooms to be used the night of the move. Very dependable! I also gave them $350 gratuity.

Over all it went very well. I would recommend Oscars to anyone needing courteous, careful movers to do the job right. Details: They showed up on time, after reviewing what needed to be moved they started to load the trucks. They also finished packing the kitchen (no broken items when unpacked!) and assorted items throughout the house. While we had planned to just do the household items, about halfway through the load they encouraged us to load some of the bulky items from the garage, like snow blower, lawn mower and ladders as there was room in the truck. Our 3 year old daughter was there and running around throughout the move. They were very friendly with her and careful with her. Always warning her away when needed, but also providing bubble wrap to pop and interacting with her to make her laugh. This was a big personal plus for me. At the new house, they moved everything from the garage up into the house. We already knew roughly were everything was going so was in the garage/driveway telling them to which room each item had to go, and my wife and mother were in the house and in-law apartment respectfully telling them exactly were to put the items. It went quickly. They set up the beds and any furniture they had to disassemble to move like dressers with mirrors. No items were damaged.

The crew had to carry furniture up 3 flights of stairs and did so tirelessly without harming themselves or the goods. Glad to have found them on Angie's list.

It went great. They showed up on time, wrapped the furniture very carefully and did not damage any walls, floors,etc I out and in. Absolutely nothing got broken. And they finished faster than estimated

These guys were really, really great. They showed up on time, worked diligently, carefully and hard, and were consistently pleasant and friendly (and funny!). And they were really sweet to my two-year old, who likes to get into the middle of things and can get in the way. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

I recently used Oscar's to move into a new house in the Boston area. They stored my things for three months and then delivered them. It was a flawless experience and I thought well worth the price. I used them again to bring some furniture from my parents' house in NJ to Boston. They dropped off a couple of pieces in Cambridge along the way. Their work is highly professional, both the person at the company and the movers themselves are very careful, responsive, and do excellent work. I highly recommend them.
