The guys came in time, worked hard, packaged and delivered everything in low end of the estimated time. They took care of all our stuff and did not damage anything. Very pleased with their work.

I used Oscar’s movers on two different occasions. One was a move 20 minutes away, the following week was a move an hour away. On both occasions, they called to let me know they were coming, showed up on time, and did a terrific job. Professional, courteous, and reasonable. From the great service from the office, to the very nice movers, I would use Oscars again with no hesitation.

Smoothly. They worked effectively and efficiently and the move took 2 hours less then estimated.

They disassembled furniture and reassemble furniture as well as move me. They were very nice and courteous.They worked really hard and got the job done. I was confused by the billing because I thought the price they quoted me included the travel time charge but it did not. I liked them.

The employees of the company were very responsive. Soon after I initially contacted them, they had someone come to our apartment to take a general inventory in order to generate a quote for the move. Their initial quote seemed reasonable, so we booked a date for our move. The move coordinator (Alan), responded to emails quickly and was able to answer all of the questions we had. We decided to buy boxes from Oscar's for the move, and they were delivered without issue. The day of the move, the crew arrived on time, and after a quick walk-through of the apartment to understand what needed to be done, they got to work. All of our furniture was wrapped well (with seemingly new moving blankets), and they were careful with our stuff. We had told them that they would need to take three pieces over the balcony (we lived on a second floor with a very odd staircase), and these were done without issue. Unloading was equally uneventful. They set up furniture that had to be taken apart, and were happy to arrange things as requested. While I was satisfied with the initial quote, the number of hours they estimated seemed high to me. In the end, I was right - the job took HALF as long as they quoted, which was awesome. They also bought back all of the unused boxes that we had. The crew was polite and professional, and I would definitely hire them again if I needed to move.

Four guys took care of us and our belongings. They wrapped everything carefully and, if there was any issue with potential damage to the furniture or to the home, the lead man made sure to explain everything to us and ask for re-direction. The men were strong and they had stamina for the 12-hour, 2-trip move. They were only one hour over the original estimate. Very professional, nice men. Tony, back in the office, was also amiable and helpful throughout the quote and confirmation process. We would hire Oscar's again.

I own a 2 family home. My neighbor was moving to a new location. My wife and I were downsizing and moving from the 4 bedroom side to the 2 bedroom side. My neighbor and I agreed to use Oscar's for both moves. Oscar (Jose) and a crew of 3 arrived at 8:15AM, as promised. They loaded all of Kate's furniture into the truck by about 9:45AM. The deal was that I had the crew for a minimum of 3 hours, paid. After a little more than 2 hours, they had moved all of our stuff from one side of the house to the other. We bought a new queen size bed. They built it for us, to fill up the paid time. They squeezed my king size couch next door. Everything was done to our liking. I would hire this crew again. After finishing with us, the trucked Kate's stuff over to the new location.

Extremely well. Crew showed up on time. We're very professional. Handled my belongings with care. Did the job well in the quoted time. Would use again.

It went relatively well. I have to say that the 3 men worked very hard despite it being an extremely hot day. However, the company's policy is to have you pay additional charges for protecting furniture (they don't even throw padded blankets) so I only had my most expensive furniture and piano protected. I would have expected a minimum care with the remaining items, however, my micro suede couch was propped on its side and dragged along the floor of the truck resulting it arriving dirty and slightly damaged, and several items arrived with nicks, including my kitchen table which I realized long after the guys left since the damaged side was turned to the wall. The staircase in my new house was too narrow to get some of the furniture up, and in their attempt to try to get some of the items up to the second floor, they damaged the wall in the staircase. To end on a positive note, they did a great job of taking apart several pieces of furniture and putting them back together upon arrival in record time, and worked non-stop.

The team showed up on time, and hustled through the loading and unloading.

Everything was fantastic. The estimate was almost exactly on the nose, the workers were friendly and super fast, and all of my stuff was well taken care of. The pricing was competitive as well. I would highly recommend them and look forward to using them in the future.

In both cases the teams were professional, polite and extremely easy to work with. Yes I would hire them again!

Very well. Moving is tough but I am so glad that we hired this team. We had a four bedroom colonial with 13 years worth of all kinds of stuff including a packed basement and garage. Team was very professional and courteous. Did a great job loading up our house in Framingham and unloading everything in East Longmeadow. We had gotten 3 estimates for our move and Ocsar's price was in the middle, I found them to be the most responsive and they were willing to bill my husbands new employer directly. No way that we could have done this move ourselves. Would hire again and can absolutely recommend to others.

They were extremely efficient and pleasant. They accomplished the job in less than the estimated time. They even made a second, unplanned trip to storage without any extra charge. They carried many boxes to the attic withour complaint. The whole job cost less than the estimate despite the extra work.

Overall, Oscar and his crew did a great job. They were professional, friendly, and prompt. I purchased the additional insurance, which I highly recommend as it makes the movers use extra care and packaging in order to move items safely. I was not very pleased with how they handled the boxes that we had packed ourselves. While packing the truck they took much less care with whether or not something was marked "fragile", and often packed very heavy boxes on top of lighter boxes. We ended up with quite a few broken glasses and crushed boxes, which I've never experienced before (this was move number 9 for us). The insurance doesn't cover anything the crew doesn't pack themselves, so again, I highly recommend buying the extra insurance for the larger items.

When I arrived at my condo this afternoon, I found 3 Oscar Moving Company employees harassing our elderly front desk personnel who was trying to let them know the rules of our condo. The 3 employees I witnessed were extremely rude, belligerent and unprofessional. If these 3 individuals were the face of my company I would embarrassed. I would not recommend using this company on the chance that you would have to encounter these 3 individiuals.

It was a long day, but the team hung in and did a great job of packing, transporting, and moving the furniture and other items into our new place. The price that I listed includes a $210 tip for the 3 guys.

Went well. Very professional and polite. It was more than I anticipated but that was due to the supplies needed so just a note to others to make sure to be clear on what you need up front and how much it will cost you, in addition to the hourly charge. Read the paperwork.

The move was easy in every way. on time. A job well done especially since moving the bed involved some disassembly and re-assembly.

They were great, knew exactly how to maneuver the furniture down two flights of very narrow stairs. Nothing was scratched or damaged. They were fast, efficient and very respectful.

Responsible, careful crews, moved our belongings, two trucks and two crews working simultaneously made things go pretty quickly. They wrapped our furnitue with care and we had no damage. We did our own packing. Price came in just under estimate.

Wonderful The best most polite and professional movers I have ever dealt with. I had to use their storage service and it worked out well. The men who originally moved my furniture into storage, were the same men who delivered my furniture to my new home. After 6 months they still remembered the address that they moved me from and that I had just lost my husband. They were so kind and helpful.
