+ -1 moreI hired Michelangelo because I watched him paint the house next door. His bid was more reasonable than other bids which only included scraping, not sanding. His work was meticulous. He did a spectacular job. My house is 90 years old but looks brand new now.
Description of Work: House & carriage house exterior painted. Both houses sanded to bare wood, all rotten wood replaced & all cracks in wood caulked, windows re-pointed, primer & two coats of finish paint.
