Luna Flooring

Horrible company. It took several months to get damaged carpet they installed reinstalled. They kept sending someone out to try and fix it. When you call or email there are always new people. Because employees leave there quickly. I gladly forfeited my deposit on a second room of carpeting, to never deal with them again. Had to protect my sanity. DO NOT USE!!!

So on January the 19th 2019 I set up an appointment with Luna I was trying to set up a payment plan. The representative form luna told me that it will be a paid as you go month to month as a Payment plan but it was not. They set me up with a A Credit card account with wells Fargo without my knowledge As I was paying month to month I was also getting charged extra fees And by the end of the year I still own the same amount if not more I contacted Wells Fargo and Luna They start pointing the finger at each other Either way I was Charged extra 1200 dollars That is unacceptable and they will never receive my business ever again. As you can see I still own the same amount in 2019 if not more

IT DIDNT! They did NOT bother to call me. I called several times, and they kept telling me I'd get a call "tomorrow". Day before installation (AFTER I CALLED), they said I'd get a call by 630 am on a SATURDAY with a window of 9 am to 6 pm. After losing it with them, I got routed to CS in Chicago, and Keisha was AMAZING. BUT - THE ORDER WAS NEVER PLACED AND I WAS NEVER CALLED. Don't waste your valuable time or money. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. So there we are with an empty room and old carpet, hostage on a Saturday only to put stuff back and start the process all over again with someone local and reputable. LUNA IS TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

We did not use them because of the horrible customer service from the salesman. When I asked for his business card he said "call the office" then walked out. I made the appointment online and there was no reference to a Luna office

They told us that they would be here between 8-11 am. They ended up showing up at 11 am. I had to tell them to leave at 11 pm. I live on the 3rd and we have a noise ordinance. This should have been either a 2 day project or it should have had 4 people there. The people installing the carpet did a very good job trying to get the job done. They did not stop to take a brake or anything to try and get the job done that day. When they left the place was a disaster I spent all day cleaning and trying to move most of the furniture back. I even had to hire some one to help me move everything back.

They arrived on time. It was hassle free they came, did what they came to do, and cleaned up the area. We were very pleased with the service.

Signed up on line for an in-home estimate. It was very easy and the Luna representative,Chris Brown, came to our home the next day. He provided us with a competitive estimate and ability to install later that week. We received a call the day before to confirm the appointment. On the day of the install we received a call letting us know the approximate time the installers would arrive. Maurice and his assistant arrived on time and were very professional in their approach to the job. The men were respectful of us and our home and worked diligently throughout the day to finish the floor. It looks beautiful. We are very happy with the entire Luna experience and would recommend the company to others.
