I had to call three times before I could reach a live person (I left messages the previous times). Three ladies showed up and split the work so that the 3 hours that I paid for was done in 1 hour. I wish the company would have told me this would be there arrangement because I blocked off an entire afternoon for their appointment. The kitchen was cleaned well but I felt as though I could have done a better job myself in the bedrooms and living room. I was supposed to have my windows cleaned as well, but they left before I remembered and they were not done. I worked with other cleaners in the past in my previous place and figured I would try something new since my former cleaners do not work in my new area. I will continue my search.

They were professional and did a fine job. I just ended up going with a different cleaner.

The cleaning went pretty well. There were a couple of reschedules due to sickness and something else can't remember. Would use them again with some specifics planned out.

This went well. The 10 windows were included in the 3 hours time. They were very nice.

The ladies were sweet, professional and very thorough. I do not think that this was the best deal for me because my house is so tiny. The price was much too high for 736 sq. ft!

They were polite and professional. They did a fine job and everything was good.

We had a list of things that other cleaning services have missed in the past. Not only did they address every item on the list, they went above and beyond, cleaning hard to reach and out of the way areas. They even cleaned and reorganized our refrigerator. We love them and feel we have finally found the people for us!

Service was ok scheduling was a problem

Lucy did a thorough walk-through, took notes, asked about cleaning products I prefer, promised that the same people would clean my house every time, and provided a fair estimate right away. So far everything has been very professional, clean, and nothing has been broken or out of place. I would definitely recommend them!

I last used their service last March. I expected three hours of labor but what they did was send two people and they each did an hour and a half and I didn't think the cleaning was as thorough as I wanted it to be. On the other level it was a kitchen and another room and the bathroom. They were also supposed to clean 10 windows although it seems like it hasn't been done. I felt bad for the women that they looked through just because they really needed the money but I don’t think they did a good job.

Prompt arrival to quote. I was told what services were available. I selected most of the choices offered. Did not choose cleaning the windows, oven, fridge. The floor being from the 1800's was only washed. With their busy schedule, my work was a week later. Prompt arrival of the two workers. They waited 15 minutes for their boss to arrive. She would have been busy overseeing many projects. She assisted at the start and came back later to inspect. The two hard workers worked about 3 hours. I had collections of pottery that needed to be moved. A great job was done.

They seemed to do a decent job. They showed up about 15 minutes late. They seemed to clean ok and moved some furniture. They rearranged some stuff while they were cleaning which was a little odd. They did a decent job cleaning but they could not get to the whole place in the time allotted which they had warned me about. I asked them to not use chemicals just soap and water which I think they did for the most part. It was above average for how clean things really were.

They are absolutely great. Punctual, friendly, extremely hard-working, good-natured and give me plenty of encouragement to get my own housekeeping act together....which is not such an easy task at all. The very best housekeeping experience I have had and I plan to work with them on a regular basis.

Courteous and professional to work with. They also did a great job getting the place clean. I use them as my monthly house cleaning service now.

We found Liberty Cleaning through Angie's List. We called the number listed, and Luciana answered immediately. An appointment was made within the same week, and today Luciana and her crew thoroughly cleaned our house in 2.5 hours. Our home now looks better than it did when we bought the house! We are now going to start a reoccurring cleanings. Not only did Luciana and her team do a phenomenal job, but they were incredibly nice and had an extremely positive attitude. Definitely recommend!

I never got a call from this company even though the Angies list deal said they'd call within 3 days. I ended up never using this company and my coupon expired. It would have been nice if they at least called. It's on me that I let the coupon expire before I used them.

I purchased a "Big Deal" from Angie's List last autumn, but didn't use. When I realized it was going to expire in April of 2013, I called to make an appointment. The owner got back to me in a reasonable time frame, although not immediately. She only had openings on Saturdays, which was OK with me. The cleaners arrived promptly, and I left the house and left them to it. I expected a fairly thorough cleaning, but didn't get one. The house was vacuumed thoroughly, including massive amounts of cat hair. The windows were probably washed, but it was hard to tell, b/c the exteriors weren't done; which is fair -- the coupon was only for interior washing. The bathroom was clean, but I'm not sure that the floor was mopped. The kitchen wasn't cleaned AT ALL. The surfaces weren't even wiped down! The microwave, range top, counter tops -- nothing was cleaned. This really surprised me. I've never had a house cleaner totally ignore the kitchen. Which made me wonder what the heck two women were doing for three full hours? When the owner called me later to find out if I was happy, I had to tell her that I'd had much better cleaning services in the past. I wasn't miserable, but I just don't think it was well done. Or even, done!

Came in after setting an appt in fort point loft. Had trouble parking and finding place. Give specific directions and add extra time to give them directions. It was my first appt, so repeat customers are in a better position. Felt like my personal property was safe and they were reliable.

Two people came for 1 hour for an Angie's List deal. They requested that I schedule on a Sat which turned out to be easist for me. My 2-bed 2-bath condo sparkled. They finished a bit early, so as a bonus, they also cleaned my refrigerator.

Luciana, owner, very professional, accurate in her assessment of the job. Reasonably priced, acknowledging 10% senior discount.

All service was rendered efficiently and pleasantly. i shall continue to use their services.

It was very easy, I did not feel the need to hover over them in the least, they were very pleasant and thorough, yet fast. It's not surprising that there was somewhat of a wait for an appointment (i got the package in december and wasn't able to sue it until february) given the price and the quality of service.

The house is two stories and neither of us is "tidy" so straightening things up to keep us from getting lost in the mess we make also requires a fair amount of time. Liberty never appears hurried and takes whatever time is required to do a good job, something unusual with many services. Neither do they tarry, it is just working until the job is well done.

It went very well they did an excellent job.

It was very positive from start to finish.. They were friendly and courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
