Lucy and here team is professional, responsive, flexible, and are great at what they do. We first started with Lucy in November of 2014. Lucy has also been responsive from day one. I have never had any issues getting in touch with her, and she is even available through text message. My wife and I were getting married at the end of December, and were looking to move some things off our plate. We only planned on having a cleaning service until the end of January, but the service has been so fantastic that we have decided to continue having our bi weekly cleans. It is well worth the money. We even recommended Lucy to our neighbor who is getting his first clean next week. Hardwood floors, carpets, bathrooms, bedrooms, counters, appliances... they all look great after Lucy's team has been through the house. Lucy will customize the services to what you are looking for and deliver every time.

Lucy and her team were just fabulous. The first visit a few weeks ago, was to do the post-construction attic clean-out which included vacuuming up a heavy layer of dust and grit from the replacement of a 120-year old slate roof, pulling out and discarding rolls of decades-old cellulose insulation from below the flooring, and then cleaning all the surfaces including the unfinished backs of interior walls. Let me just add that squirrels had been in there and Lucy's team completely eliminated any trace of their presence. They wore masks, packed everything up for disposal, and were in and out in just a few hours. Miraculous. The second visit was to do an initial top-to-bottom cleaning of the house's 10 rooms. When we surveyed the results afterward we were delighted to see that in addition to the obvious, they'd also done the windows, window-frames, blinds, and baseboards; they'd moved furniture and rugs to clean underneath; they emptied and cleaned the cabinets, oven, stove, fridge, and freezer inside and out. The bathrooms came out spotless. Lucy is a true professional -- she's communicative, responsive, flexible and overall a delight to deal with. She calls to confirm timing the day before, shows up on time, and is totally straight with you about costs and scope of work. And her team members are cheerful, industrious and punctual. They come across as happy and proud of what they are doing. By far, our best experience ever with cleaners, and we recommend them in a heartbeat.

Lucy came in for a first consultation, we schedule our 1st deep clean, the crew came in and clean above and beyond our expectations we hired them after that,they being coming every 2 weeks to clean our condo.

There was some difficulty scheduling with them. I had to wait around for them to show up for the appointment and then called to leave multiple messages on where they were at. The work that they did was average; however, they did not listen to my instructions on what I wanted done. I would not use them again in the future.

Lucy and her crew showed up on time they did a fabulous job we are very impress with they work. they are very detailed. They cleaned under the beds which my other cleaning company wasn't' doing ,cob web, baseboard they are very thorough. We are very happy they been coming to our place every week. We say go ahead hire them you won't regret, Lucy is very professional, very responsive and always fit us in when we need to change day.

We used Luciana and her Liberty crew for a pre-open house and then final clean before the closing of our Brookline home. She was very responsive, understood the time issues for each day and had a clear plan. The house sparkled for the open house (and sold within a week). She did a thorough pre-closing cleaning with the ovens, fridges and drawers all in great shape. Definately recommend her.

I've been using Liberty Cleaning Co. for about four months now and I have been extremely pleased. I started with a deep clean at Thanksgiving and I was immediately impressed with Lucy's professionalism. The best word to describe her style is thorough. At the consultation prior to the cleaning, she went through every room and asked me specifics about what type of cleaning I wanted done. The cleaning was exemplary. I was extremely impressed at the attention to detail. For example, my guest bedroom bed didn't have any sheets on it because I was washing them for my guests and the cleaners found the right size in the linen closet, and made up the bed. Similarly, in my kitchen I have about 50 glass jars with different dry foods in them, and the cleaners not only dusted each one, but reorganized them in order of height so that they looked more visually appealing on the shelf. I've hired other cleaning services do a similar "deep clean" and they were only able to get through about half the rooms for the same price. Lucy also contacted me to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Since the deep clean, I've hired Liberty Cleaning to come twice each month to do a maintenance clean and I've been very satisfied. They always come within the window I've requested and their work is meticulous. It has been a both a relief and a delight to have them care for my home.

We needed professional cleaners to come to our condo to make it presentable before a planned real estate open house this weekend. Three excellent professional cleaning women arrived at exactly the scheduled time this past Thursday and went right to work after Lucy introduced herself and her coworkers. She asked me to go over what we wanted done before the open house, which was practically everything! During the few hours they were here, the experts from Liberty Cleaning Co. turned a condo that needed a LOT of work into (almost) a Newport mansion! They did excellent work, worked very hard, and did everything we wanted them to do. Most important, my wife was thrilled with their work! I quote, "The work they did was enormous and detailed, and I would recommend them for anything. I say, please go with Team Lucy...you'll not be disappointed!!" We recommend Lucy and her crew without reservation!

Meg wasn't really happy be with the service because when the time given was up the company stopped cleaning and left furniture where they moved it and she had to put it all back in place by herself.

Difficult to schedule. They did not do any windows despite that being part of the deal.

The owner seemed to be very nice and willing to be helpful but twas booked out for 2 months and we could not hire them for the intended purpose. We had to find another company with more availability.

Lucy and her team are wonderful. I choose them from their excellent reviews on Angie's list after having used another cleaning company in the past. They are professional, trustworthy, very friendly and do an outstanding job cleaning our house. They come every two weeks. I have noticed a huge difference in the cleanliness of our house compared to our previous cleaning company. I would highly recommend Lucy and her team.

The work went great. They were personable, and I will be using them again.

The basement isn't well lighted and has lots of stuff, from old TVs to clothes etc., stored in what is now the boiler room. That and a very large, completely filled with heavy books, bookshelf. Liberty first removed the books and moved the shelf out of the way. Then, to open up additional space, they moved stored stuff and junk into a more compact arrangement in the same room. Once that was done they put the books and bookcase into an area distant from where the boiler was to go.

My apartment hasn't been professionally clean in few month's, it needed a lot of attention Lucy came in first for an estimate, she's very polite and professional we schedule our first cleaning the 2 women that came was very pleasant and did a excellent job, top to bottom inside refrigerator, oven all the hard to reach areas. I was so impressed with they work that I've hired them, they been coming to my house every week since then.

Luciana does excellent work. I still use her and she has a great crew. It’s a great value and they do excellent work. They are very dependable and I can use them for special cleanings, such as before a party. They are more economical to use on a regular basis as opposed to occasional cleanings.

Their service is excellent. They are thorough, professional, and personable. I have been using them for 6 about months and have had no issues.

I thought they did a very thorough job. Luciana, the owner didn't come but sent two other women. They were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had to leave unexpectedly once they arrived but after I got home I was very pleased with the job they did! I did consider using them for our regular monthly cleaning service but ended up selecting another company. Luciana said the day they came might be different each month and I wanted someone to come the same time every four weeks. I also preferred to use a cleaning service that used all of their own environmentally friendly products.

Luciana and her staff are very thorough and consistent. Very pleased with their rigorous cleaning up after my filthy cats.

I have been using Liberty Cleaning Co. ever since I found them on Angie's List with a big deal in June of 2012. They clean this house only once a month, which is why the price is a little higher. I have found Lucy the owner responsive to emails and phone calls and if there is an issue she is quick to let me know. All the women who clean here are warm and friendly and do a thorough job. They even move hall carpets and clean underneath, as well as remove spider webs. Other cleaners I've used generally don't do that. Sometimes my other cleaners even forget to clean a toilet or a bathtub. But Liberty always does a very good job. I recommend them and will continue to use their services.

They were good. There was nothing about them whether negative or positive that stood out to me. I used the big deal pretty close to the time that I bought it. They were also punctual. I would probably not use them again in the future.

The team arrived on time. They were pleasant, thorough, and efficient. This was a "Big Deal" purchase that entitled us to two hours of service, and I was impressed at how thorough and efficient the team was. I would definitely recommend Liberty Cleaning.
