i call liberta cleaning to clean my 1100 aquarel feet houve after having some constraction done da two ladies come in like on time Very profissional and puliet and they did excelente job they exced my.expectations i come home my house was dust free ready for me to move in since then Lucy and her crue cleaning my house every week and im Very satisfied

They were about half an hour late. The cleaning was okay. It was not really very detailed. The price was probably a little bit cheaper than others.

It was fine. I had them clean my 600 sq. ft. home.

Luciana was super responsive to email, and set up the cleaning immediately. Her team was punctual, pleasant, and did an amazing job - SUPER thorough and attentive to detail. I am tempted to schedule regular cleanings now!

It went better than I expected, they went beyond my expectations, I found Liberty Cleaning on Angies List as I was looking for the company high rated I found them. I called the owner Lucy she was very responsive, came in for a walk through, we set up a first deep cleaning of my house. The crew of 2 women showed up on time went right to work, they are very pleasant and professional as I'm very particular with my house as I explain it to Lucy on our consultation, the crew did an excellent job. I hired them for every week cleaning and been happy since then. It's very nice to come home for a clean house especially the way you like it to be clean. I recommended them to my friends, 2 of my best friends already hired them.

I'm a returning customer, I've hired Liberty cleaning few months ago to clean my house in Newton, since then they been doing a excellent job, I'm very happy the girls come always with a smile in they faces, very polite and are very detailed. On Friday they cleaned a apartment that we just put it in the marked the place is spotless. I'm very happy that I found Liberty cleaning. Lucy is very responsive I prefer to communicate via text message she responded right away.

This is an updated review. We recently moved and decided to ask Lucy if she would continue cleaning for us in our new, larger place. Today was our first cleaning in the new place. I just returned home from a long day at work and I have to say - WOW. It felt great looking around - such a sense of tranquility. Our new place looks absolutely amazing. I am really stunned by what a fantastic job they did today - the attention to detail is really really special. Also, I echo what others have said about Lucy's responsiveness. She is so fast in communicating and really takes pride in this work and making our homes feel even more welcoming. All I can say is thank you so much.

The housecleaning service, we use Liberty Cleaning Co. They come over every two weeks. We have been using her for over a year. They are great. They do a good job for a good price. They are professional and show up on time. Their price is pretty competitive. They are terrific. I have used other cleaning services over the years. These are the best that I have used in years.

I am a repeat customer of Liberty Cleaning Co. I found them on Angies List. Just as before, the service was stellar. September 1 is probably the most busy day of tenant exchange in Boston. Also, this year, it was Labor Day. The previous tenant was there 4 years and did not leave until 8/31/14. The new tenant was due 9/1/14. Lucy scheduled her crew to work the Holiday to help me in this tenant change. The tenant was excellent, but, let everything go the last months of tenancy as they were moving out of state and did not have time to keep up the apartment. Lucy's ladies arrived on time, refused any help in bringing supplies to the 3rd floor walk-up, and were VERY professional. I requested full "detail". Kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. Bathroom top to bottom. Walls, doors, trim, blinds, windows and floors. Also, front and back stairways to the third floor. The ladies arrived and had everything under control. They went right to work and could not have been more pleasant and professional. Nothing was a problem or challenge to them. The service was EXCELLENT. I only deliver an apartment in a manner that I would move into. Lucy Silva's Liberty Cleaning Co. made this happen. I highly recommend them.

Retained Liberty Cleaning Co beginning in the fall of 2013 for regular bi-weekly cleaning services. When searching for a provider, I placed several inquiry calls to highly-rated cleaners. Lucy was by far the most responsive. She came to our home soon thereafter for a thorough walk through and was very helpful with suggestions. She established prices for an initial deep-cleaning and ongoing services which I found to be very reasonable. I was thrilled to know that Liberty Cleaning is insured, and was impressed when Lucy responded with such prompt professionalism to our request for an insurance certificate. I am always pleased with Lucy's level of communication and have been generally happy with the crew assigned to us on a regular basis. We have not been able to use Lucy's services for a few months due to construction at our home, but I am very much looking forward to continuing a regular service relationship with them (and to finally having a clean home again!!!).

Realy bad professional and dis respective to customers

This is the first time we have turned over the cleaning of our house to anyone. I met with the owner Lucy to go over what needed to be done, she was extremely accommodating. She worked with our schedule and performed the work over two consecutive Saturdays. Lucy in her staff cleaned areas of our house that hadn't been touched in ages, like inside our closets, removing all the clothing cleaning the area and then replacing the clothing and other items. We couldn't be happier with how the project was handled. Lucy, the owner came both times to oversee the work. The staff worked very hard never stopping from the time they arrived till the time they left.

Luciana and her crew came in for a deep clean moved all my furniture to clean behind and under, oven, refrigerator They did a fabulous job, they exceed my expectations. I've hired them to every week cleaning. I highly recommend them.

Luciana and her team did a great job. We had moved out a couple of months ago, and the dust and messes from moving were apparent throughout our condo. She made herself available right away to provide an estimate and to get in just a couple of days later to clean. We never met each other because of my work schedule, so I left a key with a note that had a bulleted list. After the consultation, she called back and reviewed each item I was expecting to have done. It all came together for one extremely reasonable quote. Everything was cleaned very, very well. The only complaint I might have is the ceiling fans, which needed to be dusted more thoroughly. In all fairness, Luciana did text me to ask how the cleaning looked, and I told her it was great. For the price she gave me, it was not worth asking them to come back to re-dust three ceiling fans. We are having some work done on the condo, and we'll see how much dust the contractor leaves. If it needs a cleaning, we'll definitely be calling Luciana at Liberty again! She's a great communicator, very responsive, and did a wonderful job.

We hired Lucy to clean and organized our house. Lucy and her crew did a fabulous job, the ladies that work for Lucy are very polite, detail oriented, they quite, one of them is smiling all the time and singing, which I like it very much ! They very proud on they work I have one room that was quite messy they organized everything the way that I explain them that I wanted. I'm very happy with the service Liberty Cleaning provide.

We have a large older home that was in need of a really deep clean (working parents, three boys, two dogs). Lucy came for a consultation and did a very thorough walk-through, pointing out things and asking questions as she went. She reviewed what we discussed and was very clear about the cost and what it would include. She was able to schedule the deep clean with very short notice. Her crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They are such hard workers, very professional, efficient and meticulous. They moved carpets and furniture to clean underneath, and cleaned every surface -- walls, baseboards, blinds, trim, door jambs, even the bathroom ceiling vent! My kitchen cabinets and appliances looked like new, bathrooms were spotless. They even did some organization in one son's room (thank you!) and dusted all the trophies in another. I was still noticing little details they took care of even days later. The crew takes obvious pride in their work and are very pleasant. Lucy runs a very professional business and provides excellent service. I highly recommend Liberty Cleaning!

Luciana and her cleaners are really fantastic! They do a meticulous job cleaning my house ! Their work style is most professional. They arrive at a given time and quietly go about their job. Their prices are reasonable and Luciana was very thorough in the initial interview. She went through the entire house asking what I wanted cleaned and organized as well as noting areas that I wanted left untouched. She asked about my preference in cleaning products and possible allergies anyone in the household might have. I highly recommend this provider.

I did not think my experience went great. I did not have a good feeling. There were three people that came out to clean the house and she was only here for an hour. It seemed it was set up for her just to get more clients. I felt the cleaning could have been better and she said she could only do one room and a bathroom for the price and she was a lot late for the appointment.

They are always on time, friendly and professional, and they do a terrific job. They leave the entire home (a two-bedroom apartment) tidy-ed up and very clean. In addition, they have often gone the extra mile -- offering to clean out the fridge, organize inside the bathroom closet, or otherwise look for ways to make my home a nicer and cleaner place to live.
