Description of Work: I called liberty at the last minute to do a deep clean for an apartment turnover. I had a 12 hour window from move out to move in and Liberty did a fantastic job.

Description of Work: Complete 1st time cleaning of our condo---spectacular job. Crew is competent and cheerful. They found cobwebs missed (ignored) by others. Luciana Silva is the responsible, flexible and personable leader I've been looking for. I'm now a client.

Description of Work: They cleaned the windows and for three hours but the quality of the cleaning was awful. They only managed to clean two bathrooms and the kitchen and the windows looked better before they were cleaned.

Description of Work: "Luciana's team cleans our condo every other week. I have a dog (the house must be fully secured and dog-proofed before leaving and the dog hates the vacuum). Luciana's team has been great with the dog and the crazy dog routines required for cleanings! They have also cleaned a rental until for us and were incredibly thorough - the place was spotless!"

Description of Work: I called Ms Silva in early March to establish a date for the service. At that time she told me that she was quite busy and that she was short staffed and would not be able to follow through with the housecleaning by the expiration date of the coupon, which was March 16, 2013. She told me to contact Angie's list and ask for a refund. I told her that I was in no rush and that we could set a future date for the service and we agreed to April 13, 2013. On April 1st she emailed me to say that she was down two staff and would not be able to complete the work and suggested I call Angie's list and obtain a refund, so I am doing just that.

Description of Work: I booked them sometime ago. And paid, but was unable to keep date. Traveling. Time passed. Then was notified by Angie's List agent that I had $89 Credit. And tried to use them again but they were booked for 3 months out. I just want a refund please. Thank you. Can give you address or card to debit it back to. It has probably changed. Check is fastest.

Description of Work: Cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuum common areas, bathrooms kitchen. Not sure windows were washed as promised. I thought it was going to be 10 windows, which would have been difficult in the winter. What was meant by the offer was misleading because they intended to wash the inside of windows only. I think the house was too big to accomplish everything promised in the time. I find that cleaning companies should make sure at least one worker can speak and understand English. I often didn't know whether I was understood by the workers. Having said that I was satisfied with the job. They did a good job in the time available.

Description of Work: Though the original review I gave was positive, and deservedly so, the ongoing relationship ended. I let my wife and the owner work out the schedule, and admit that there seemed to be an issue with communication on both sides, but then the owner contacted my wife and basically told her if they cancel, no charge, but if we cancel, they still get paid. Very few service providers get that benefit. If I don't have an electrical, plumbing or job done at the last minute, I don't still pay the provider. But it's okay if they cancel for whatever reason, which they did a number of times. That's not good customer service in my book. She also told my wife we should tip the cleaners, to show them they did a good job. Sorry, but that should be completely up to us. My wife cancelled the service immediately, and I agree with her. So the bottom line is the initial cleaning they did excellent on, and on an ongoing basis I think they cleaned well enough, but the customer relationship is something they definitely have to work on.

Description of Work: In October '12 we purchased this 'big deal' for house cleaning to be done prior to the holidays. Set date for November; we postponed by mutual agreement. Set date for December, but provider canceled due to sick crew. My family dug in to do the work. Provider offered date in February '13 as make up for her cancelation, but a crew showed up any way on the canceled date after we had done the work. We told them of cancelation before they even unpacked their vehicle and they said 'no problem'. Emailed re-confirmation of February makeup date to provider on January 8; heard nothing back. February 9 came and went; heard nothing from provider. This 'big deal' expires in early April and have no need for it by then. Seeking refund from Angies' List.

Description of Work: I purchased this in late November and scheduled the first available appointment, which was this morning, December 29, 2012 for 10AM. It is now 10:30AM and no one has come, and the number for the service says to not leave a message, but to email, which she will check each night. I'm 9 months pregnant and was looking forward to someone helping clean the house today so we can finish getting ready for the baby. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer this week, and instead of driving across the state to visit her, I am waiting for a cleaning service. This is truly unacceptable.
