Two girls showed up with all their cleaning stuff. Did some dusting, dusted hardwood floors (2 rms), cleaned carpet, cleaned windows as advertized and cleaned kitchen. I left to go food shooping and my husband was home. I came back when the girls were leaving. I was furious when I found out that they didn't even touch our upstairs because they ran out of time. I probably would have paid them more money, if they attempted to finish the job. This was not explained to me over the phone. The work they did was good.

Came on time but not very thorough in the cleaning.

Liberty Cleaning were very communicative and responsive, they kept us aware of when they would arrive and were very punctual. They were very efficient and did a thorough cleaning, they moved all the furniture to get behind and under tables, couches and tables. They did not dust "around" things, they moved and dusted EVERYTHING , I would not hesitate to use them again, the house has never looked cleaner.

Lucy is great, very professional. If you are not 100% happy with the service, she will work to make it right.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal listed as "$89 for 3 Hours of Housecleaning PLUS 10 Windows Cleaned!" But after the first initiate meeting Lucy told me it would be $90 more for all the work above because they would need more than one person to do the work. she's wonderful and her crew are nice and did an amazing job. Though my husband paid 100 more at the end of the day (because they end up staying more than 3 hrs to clean my house) I think it worth it.

As I mentioned, I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal listed as "$89 for 3 Hours of Housecleaning PLUS 10 Windows Cleaned!" as a present for my wife. I wasn't home at the time of services, but my wife was. The cleaning was scheduled for 1pm on the day of service. Orignally one house cleaner was coming. The owner called the day of and ended up having to push the appt back to 3pm, but came herself with 2 other house cleaners. This wasn't an inconvenience as my wife was there and didn't have to be anywhere, but I'm sure some folks would've taken exception with the timing change. The cleaners were there for about 1.5hrs. They cleaned two full baths, our kitchen, vacuumed our entire first floor, and clean just the inside of 10 windows. We were pleased with all their work. Our kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling afterwards, which with kids is hard to maintain. We had grease splatter stains on the back of our stove where the display, timer, and temp controls are that were cemented on that both my wife and I had previously tried and failed to remove on numerous occasions. The cleaners got it off without causing any damage\dulling to the stainless finish and made it look new again. That alone made me happy as it stood out and had been eyesore for awhile. They also wiped\polished our cherry cabinet doors which really made them pop again. My wife said that the cleaners were nice, professional, and answered some questions she had about what cleaning products work best on different surfaces.

Lucy gave me an in-person estimate of the work, and helped suggested ways I could remove the garbage and throw-aways. She and her team arrived on time and completed a thorough organization and cleaning very promptly and at a fair price.

The ladies arrived on time and were very helpful, friendly and thorough. They washed all the windows inside and out, and did a fantastic job, working a little extra on the screens and on tough spots. They even made the beds for us on a Saturday morning. :-) I really felt comfortable with them in my home from start to finish. I will definitely call them again!

We've been working with Liberty for over a month and they do a great job! Luciana oversees the work and typically brings two cleaners with her, so they move through the house quickly and efficiently. They do a deep clean on the first visit and then come back every two weeks to keep it in great shape. We are happy, think they are reasonably priced and plan to continue the service.

Purchased the Angie's List package for housecleaning which included washing 10 windows inside. Crew arrived promptly and proceeded to work for approxmately 3 hours. Cleaned all floors, dusted furniture, moved furniture to vacuum behine sofa, etc. The additional work was paid for separately. Am extremely happy and have contracted with this company for on-going housecleaning services.

I am a repeat customer. First time was my new home, post construction, excellent service. Second time, Liberty Cleaning did a superior job at my rental property when there was a change in tenancy. The prior tenant was there several years so a deep cleaning was necessary. They washed 12 windows in & out. Thorough kitchen cleaning of all appliances. (It would have taken me several hours to clean just the stove....it looked like new when they were done). Whole house cabinet and closets spotless, as well as floors. They also cleaned the storage bin in the basement. The new tenant was very happy with the results of Liberty Cleaning. I will contract Liberty Cleaning again.

I was introduced to Liberty Cleaning when we purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for housecleaning. Lucy was very friendly and professional on the phone when we scheduled the appointment for them to clean our home. They arrived on time, with a team of very thorough and efficient housecleaners. I was very impressed with their work--and I'm pretty particular about cleaning. They did a very thorough job, they moved furniture and dusted under radiators, they scrubbed the kitchen and bathroom so everything was really clean. We have hardwood floors, and they left those squeaky clean. They did something to my kitchen sink that made it look almost brand-new. They did a better job cleaning than I'd be able to do myself. I was very impressed with their work, so I've now hired Liberty as my regular housecleaning service. Lucy is a pleasure to deal with, her team is friendly and efficient, and they have done a great job both times they've been to clean our house so far. I highly recommend Liberty Cleaning and Lucy Silva.

The twosome cleaning crew was punctual and did everything they were asked to do. They worked the full hours I contracted and were cheerful all the way through.

There were many problems with this company and their "Big Deal". To mention some of them, 1-They missed the first appointment and they showed up 20 minutes late for the 2nd appointment. 2-We found some spider web in one window corner and some dirt on carpets after they left. 3-After they were done in an hour and half , they just left saying, "We"re done, honey!" before we had a chance to check their work. We tried this " Big Deal "although we have bi-weekly cleaning service at $70.00 for the same work.. Whether it was due to the language difficulty or their lack of work experience, their work was very mediocre. This "Big Deal" was not worth it!

I attempted to schedule a cleaning in July, and needed it somewhat last minute due to an upcoming home appraisal, but Liberty Cleaning was unable to accommodate, so we scheduled it for August 14th at 2:00 PM. On Monday, August 13th I got a text message from Lucy, with whom I had spoken originally, that they could not come on Tuesday the 14th because one of her helpers was on vacation and she did not have enough help to make the appointment. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered to reschedule on Wednesday or Thursday. I chose Thursday at 2:00 PM and we rescheduled the appointment, agreeing that she would text me one hour before the appointment to let me know if they would be early or late. I texted her late Thursday morning to confirm and she said they'd be late, "more like 3:00 PM". At 2:50 PM I received a text that they were just leaving Dorchester and would arrive soon. At 3:00 PM I received another text asking to confirm that I was in South Boston. My phone was upstairs and I did not get the message right away. I replied at 3:20 with my full address. Lucy & Co. arrived around 3:30 PM.There were 3 of them and the plan was to be done by 5:00 PM. We went through the house and I showed them each room to be cleaned and which windows to do. I've lived in the house alone for 2 years and while there's not a lot of furniture, or clutter I've seldom vacuumed or dusted so that was the primary task. They did a very good job throughout. The kitchen posed a particular challenge in that the floor was filthy. It appears they made one pass with the mop and the floor does look better, but needs another pass or two still. They also claimed to have done the two windows in the kitchen, but they did not look particularly clean. I found they had not done the outside glass, despite the windows being detachable and the outsides easily cleaned by tilting them inwards (I assumed they would have known how they worked and did not show them, perhaps I should have). I cleaned the outside of these windows myself after they had left. Again overall I thought they did a very good job throughout. The floors were all vacuumed and they used Murphy's oil soap to wash them. All the dusty areas were cleaned as expected and they arranged and tidies things where necessary. The bathrooms were all done well. I'm considering hiring Liberty Cleaning Co. to come on a regular, perhaps monthly, basis.

Went very well. The women who came also agreed to clean the oven and were very pleasant to deal with.

They are fast and -- more importantly -- thorough. Other cleaners I have worked with didn't do as much as Liberty does. I highly recommend them.

Excellent-- She has cleaned for me three times. The first, for a deep cleaning, was 300.00-- a bargain. After that, it's been 150.00.She had been dependable and unintrusive, going well and beyond the expected.

Overall, the experience has been great. The owner is very professional and personable. She was recommended to me by a co-worker. The first visit, she told me what she could help out with. The prices that were quoted were very reasonable. They’ve been very consistent, considerate and professional. Once, they even helped me locate at least $200 in cash that I was missing; they separated it and left it right on my desk. None of my items have ever gone missing and they seem to be very honest. There are some rooms in which I don’t want to tackle yet, which she respects. The rooms that she has cleaned are spotless. Luciana will actually show up every now and then during the cleanings, find a room that she wants to focus on and clean that. She will sort through everything and throw out appropriate items. She then leaves a note to let me know and she’s very open to feedback. She’s easily available and anytime I have to contact her, I can do so via text. Lucicana and her crew done excellent work and continue to do excellent work! I’ve even recommended them to my mother.

Overall, the experience has been excellent. The first time she cleaned our home, she texted me with questions before she went ahead with cleaning certain items just to make sure she used the correct products!

Lucy consulted with me about my needs and her staff arrived shortly after. They followed directions to a T and went above and beyond.

Luciana was very responsive to my request for a quote, and she arranged for a cleaner to visit our condo at short notice, which was a relief to me. She personally visited the site while cleaning was ongoing, and she phoned me to tell me about an unanticipated problem. When I went to the condo later to check, I found that everything had been done as promised. Overall, the service was totally professional and a good value. I would use this service again in the future if I wanted to hire a cleaner.

Lucy and her cleaning crew did an excellent job. It was nothing short of a pleasure to coordinate and work with Lucy from initial contact, to her coming out to do an estimate, and then her coming to do the cleaning. The house cleaners she brought were professional and thorough. For this cleaning, it was very important that specific directions be followed to the letter, and I was very pleased with how thoroughly these directions were respected and followed through on. The apartment was sparkling after the cleaning. I would use Liberty again in a heart beat.

Two people living in the house had, over a period of 10+ years, developed the habit of discarding either unwanted items (mostly material but some garbage or subject to bio-decay) into the basement until it became completely unusable as a room in the house and limited access of plumbers in particular who had to wade through the mess to get to the washer/dryer and water heater. Liberty analyzed the task, set out the requirements (dumpster, 9 cubic yards which I rented but they would have rented had I wished), brought crew and cleaned the room thoroughly, moving what was worth keeping (not much) into another room and organizing it, while discovering an under-flooring leak and mold under the mess that required floor removal and plumbing. This was done in one day with the owner supervising a crew of four. The boss, Luciana, is extraordinarily well organized and high energy. She and her people really work.
