I purchased the cleaning service for myself and as a gift for my daughter. It was difficult to schedule a cleaning for myself, since it was the holiday season, but my daughter had to wait until January to schedule her cleaning. My daughter said it was definitely worth the wait because her house has never been as clean as it was when the crew left.

Two women arrived to clean my house and 10 windows. They arrived on time and asked what I wanted done. I said dusting of furnitue and floors, vacuuming and cleaning of the bathrooms. I live in at 1700 sq ft six year old condo. They had 1 1/2 hrs (2 workers) They worked very slowly and the vacuum they used was not working properly(as it was making a lot of funny noises) When the time was up I asked if they wiped down my kitchen granite counter tops, they told my that they hadn't been able to do my kitchen ( I have one great room, small kitchen area, living room and dining room) due to time. They were heading out the door when I asked what windows they did, they then came back into my condo to do the windows they forgot. When they left, I looked at the rug in the den and noticed the same pieces of lint on it after they had vacuumed. I have requested a refund from Angies list for this inferior service. I also asked that the cerfiticate I bought for a gift to my daugheter be refunded.( She has not used hers)

The two ladies who did the cleaning did a phenomenal job! They were extremely punctual and the quality of their work was amazing! My apartment has never been so clean...and although they were very quick, they were very thorough! They also organized my kitchen...I work quite a few hours, so any help I can get is very much appreciated. Along with my apartment being cleaned, I also had 10 windows cleaned. Can't wait to have them come back again! I gave a "B" for responsiveness only because it took a little while to get an appointment. Other than that minor detail, a definite AAA in my book!!

We purchased the deal through Angie's List for three hours of cleaning. I was able to schedule via email, which I really appreciate. It took over a week to get a response to schedule, which was the only downside to the experience. Otherwise, everything else was great. The two women were very sweet and very thorough. I've never hired a housecleaning service before so I can't say i have anything to compare it to - but I think they did a great job. I would consider hiring them again!

The two cleaners showed up about 1 hour late - it wasn't a big deal because the house was still empty. The owner of the company did called me to inform this in advance. But because of the delay, I wasn't able to stay while the cleaners were there. When I went back to the house at the end of promised 3 hour period, I arrived about 5-10 min late. The cleaners were already gone. I understand that they couldn't wait for my arrival, but I would have appreciated a phone call to check it. The house appeared clean. I just wish I had a confirmation if the cleaners were able to do everything I had asked to do.

I called Liberty Cleaning and the answering service requested communication by email. I sent the owner, Luciana, an email and received a prompt response. Luciana efficiently coordinated our cleaning service request by email. Liberty Cleaning met us at the apartment at the appointed time. The cleaning was VERY thorough. Having positive results contracting them in the past, we highly recommend their service to landlords. Our new tenants are very appreciative of a clean new rental.

We purchased a house cleaning service through an Angie's List Big Deal. The service was to be provided by Liberty Cleaning Company, however, we never heard from the vendor. After a few weeks of radio silence from the vendor, I contacted Angie's List for a follow up and never heard back from Angie's List. After another few weeks, I received a reminder from Angie's List to rate this vendor, so I replied that I still had not been contacted by the vendor and again asked Angie's List to follow up. I received a reply from Angie's List that someone would follow up with the vendor, however, as of today I have not heard back from either the vendor or Angie's List. My wife contacted the vendor directly sometime in the Nov./Dec. timeframe and was told the service could not be performed until February at the earliest. Given we purchased the service in October, this is clearly an unreasonable lag time. Further compounding my irritation over this set of circumstances, I continue to receive notices from Angie's List asking me to rate the vendor. This episode has been the most disappointing experience I have had with Angie's List. Clearly, I will never contract this cleaning service again. At this point, I would like some one to contact me and refund my money or send this company out immediately to complete the service we paid for months ago. Being asked to wait for 4 months for a cleaning service to come is patently absurd.

I really think all Big Deals should specify what areas the provider services. I got a refund, but It was a waste of time for me, and also for Liberty Cleaners. They were very nice about it.

i was disappointed with the service i was given i still have to do my windows. i was looking for a company to come in monthly, i see this one doesnt make the grade. wouldnt recommend because the services werent complete

They did an excellent job and were very professional in their demeanor They covered every detail and left nothing undone. They arrived on time and with complete cleaning equipment.

The two cleaning ladies arrived as scheduled and spent an hour and half cleaning the second floor. They did a decent job, though the areas we found difficult and really wanted to clean (under and behind the radiators) were not adequately addressed. We just moved in and installed some new windows, so there were a little bit of debris around the house. For that reason the cleaning ladies called our house a "construction house" and refused to continue working at the agreed rate after the "big deal" hours. We felt that this is somewhat unprofessional. The cleaning done is OK, but nothing special. We could've done as well or better ourselves.

I paid for the work in October. The invoice stated I would be emailed within a few days-never happened. I had communication with Angie's and nothing happened. I called company and got no return call. When I finally made contact, very nice and apologetic but could not schedule for some time. It is scheduled for January.

Two ladies came on time, and they did a pretty fast and nice job within two hours. They do talk a lot (to each other), but they are impressively efficient.

The cleaning services themselves were entirely satisfactory. Our hope was that the cleaning might be a little more thorough than the routine cleaning we do ourselves every 1-2 weeks, and it was. Bathroom floors and tiling/grout were given a thorough cleaning, along with all mirrors and surfaces. The kitchen was also well cleaned. Appliances such as our Keurig machine, microwave, and toaster oven were cleaned inside and out. Granite countertops were cleaned, and stainless steel appliances were polished (using a spray cleaner we provided). Refrigerator and oven omitted for sake of time. All shelves and surfaces dusted and cleaned, including some pretty dirty windowsills. Rugs and floors vacuumed and hardwoods given a decent mopping. All in, a very solid job by the two women who performed the servcies (and were very pleasant). The only issue we experienced with Liberty was scheduling which, unfortunately, left much to be desired. Our cleaning was originally scheduled for Nov. 12th, but we neither saw nor heard from anyone that day. Attempts to reach someone by e-mail and telephone as the scheduled start time for our appointment passed went unanswered. The following day, we had an apologetic voicemail for missing the appointment but offering little explanation for why. We rescheduled for Dec. 15th, but had a call on Dec. 13th saying the scheduled time would not be possible. Ended up moving to Dec. 14th., but even then the cleaners were 30 min. late for their appointment. For 2 parents with full time jobs and a new baby, scheduling reliability is of the utmost importance. And while we don't like to give poor grades -- particularly when the cleaning services themselves were just fine -- Liberty really missed the mark for us on ease of scheduling.

They were very professional. Coordination and communication was very fast and easy, all done via email (my preference). The work was done perfectly, and met (if not exceeded) my expectations.

They were on time, worked the hours they agreed to.

I never actually utilized their service, they told me they were out of their service area and therefore could not complete the work. That prompted a refund request from Angie's List!

two cleaners and the owner arrived one did bathroom other the bedroom , washed everything including the windows. Then downstairs kitchen den and livingroom .

The two women who came were very professional and immediately starting cleaning. I was very pleased with the results.

This was a good deal with the coupon, but without it I would have been very disappointed. The coupon was for 3 hours of cleaning plus 10 windows. Before purchasing the coupon I spoke with the owner and asked if it would be possible for the cleaners to focus on the windows as this was my priority. I only wanted to purchase the coupon if the cleaners could do a thorough job on the windows, cleaning all surfaces and sills. I explained that I was fine with me if it took the full amount of time to complete the windows with no time left for any other cleaning. I was told this was possible, she very friendly on the phone. Before the cleaning crew came I again talked to the owner on the phone, explaining that that the windows were the priority and asked her to pass this along to her staff. Her staff arrived right on time and were very friendly. I explained again the focus on the windows and not worry about cleaning anything. I remained in the house while they worked. About 3/4 of the way through the crew informed me that they were done with the windows and asked if there anything else they could clean. I inspected the windows and found that many of the sill surfaces hadn't even been touched and were very still dirty. I showed one example to a crew member and asked if they could please clean all the sills thoroughly. They only went back to that one example I pointed out. I could have showed dirt on every single window but did not want to belabor the point and hover, so I just asked them to clean the floors with the time that remained. I felt like explaining myself four times should have been enough. They did an okay job on the panes of glass, although there are some dirt streaks that remain. The floors were cleaned well. Promptly after 3 hours, the crew let me know they were leaving. I had expected they would spent a little extra time as the coupon was for 3 hours PLUS 10 windows.

They did a very good job overall, even cleaning the stove, which was not part of the deal. We've hired them for regular cleaning, and so far they've done a very good job on that too.

Overall, they were very good. There were a couple of things that were thrown out that I didn't want thrown out (I think they should ask before throwing anything away that they did not bring with them), but nothing important. I had just had my hardwood floors redone, so there was a lot of dust, and it looked great after they cleaned.

I was pleased with Liberty Cleaning Services. They arrived on time, did a very good job including wiping down the wood on furniture, bathroom doors, etc. The were very pleasant to deal with and I would hire them again.
