They were very careful when cleaning, but this prevented them from cleaning the entire house in the three man hours that I purchased. Furthermore, they arrived thirty minutes late and claimed that they had gotten lost. Aside from this, it was a routine experience and nothing in particular stood out to me. I feel as though they did an adequate job.

Liberty Cleaning was great. No problem scheduling and rescheduling (because of my schedule) the cleaning even though they were very busy. Two cleaners came on time, and got right to work. They cleaned very thoroughly, dusting and cleaning the kitchen drawers and cabinet contents even. They were very friendly but professional and focused on their work. I have two kids and two cats, so there was a lot of dust and general messiness. The house looked great once they finished. I will hire them again as needed.

We hired Liberty Cleaning earlier this year as our regular housecleaning service. They come every 2 weeks and I am very happy with their work. They make sure my house is spotless--in addition to dusting and vacuuming, they wash the floors, make the beds if necessary and even clean the refrigerator without asking! The crew that comes to my house is very pleasant, hardworking and they often sing while they work! Any time I've had a special request or need to change the date of my cleaning, Lucy is extremely responsive and professional. She's very flexible and works around my schedule. Any time I've had a problem, Lucy has responded immediately and ensured that the issue is resolved. I've referred Liberty Cleaning to my neighbor, and now she is using their services, too! I absolutely recommend Liberty Cleaning.

They were fine, the scheduling just didn't work out for me.

They worked the whole time they were here and the house was much cleaner when they left. They didn't clean the ten windows which was part of the big deal package because they ran out of time due to the amount of cleaning they did.

They do an excellent job every week. They are very thorough in their cleaning and responsive to feedback. Luciana is extremely professional and is very prompt in her replies. She is flexible and reliable as well. They are very adaptable and attentive to detail. They even go out of their way to fold our laundry the same way we do so it fits neatly in our shelves. In fact, I do not have any negative experiences with them, which says a lot!

Liberty Cleaning has been cleaning our house every two weeks for almost a year now. They are prompt and on the few occasions that they've needed to reschedule they have contacted me well in advance. Lucy is very professional is responsive to any requests or feedback. Overall we have been very pleased with their service.

They were scheduled to clean our house at 12:30. At 2PM after 3 phonecalls, they still had not arrived. They refused to reschedule or refund our money when we could not delay our afternoon plans any longer.

The cleaning was done quickly, efficiently and with a nice happy spirit. The kitchen sync, stove and other surfaces were done so well, that I was really impressed! The bathroom floor (which is in white tile, so when it is not clean it is noticeable, especially in grout between the tiles) could use better cleaning. I'm sure if I pointed it out while they werer cleaning they would've done it better.

Lucy is very professional and her girls are very nice. Immediate response to request for email with rough estimate, immediate response to set up appt. for actual estimate and immediate response to set up appt. for first time cleaning as soon as possible. Crew showed up exactly on time, very polite and friendly. I had originally written that everything that was listed in agreement was cleaned, no complaints and that they were very thorough. However, this was not exactly true. Lucy had mentioned that they had underestimated the time it would take to clean, and she also asked me to give her a good review to help her business - so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and wrote that in review. However, after second cleaning, I again noticed little things left undone. Didn't want to be confrontational, figured I'd try to stay on top of them next time - but have decided to look elsewhere instead. Turns out I had misunderstood price quoted - it was actually higher than I thought. I decided that it's just too much money for that kind of issue to keep happening.

Overall it has been a very good experience.

They are excellent. They are friendly and they provide personable service. They make every effort to make sure you are happy. They have great follow up. I highly recommend them.

Lucy responded quickly with scheduling the appointment but didn't have an opening for a month and a half. I had an appointment which was scheduled for 1:30pm on Saturday. I got a call saying that they had car trouble and wouldn't be there between 3-3:30pm, which was okay because they would be done around 5:00 and my husband and I had plans for later that night. The cleaners did not show up at my house until 3:50pm. They did an excellent job cleaning the house and did all of the items I had requested and even had extra time to do the downstairs bathroom. The cleaning service I requested was excellent but they need to work on being on time.

I originally tried Liberty Cleaning Co. by utilizing the Angie's List Deal. I was very happy with the job they did and have since hired them to clean on a regular basis. Scheduling is usually very easy - we actually communicate via text message which works great for me. The cleaning has been consistently great. If I have any issues or feedback, it is easy to communicate with the company, and they go to great lengths to make adjustments tailoring the cleaning to my preferences. I generally keep a clean house, but it is so nice to know that they are covering all the bases - e.g. deep cleaning the bathrooms, dusting in the hard to reach areas, and getting the rooms/areas in which we do not spend a lot of time.

Very professional and responsive. My calling to the company was almost immediately answered. Got txt msg to confirm my appointment the day before. On the scheduled day two cleaning ladies showed up just before scheduled time (1pm on a Saturday). In about one and a half hours, they cleaned the floors, vacuumed the carpets, and wiped cleaned all furniture and windows (interior only because I lived on 5th-floor). The job was performed quickly and professionally. Overall I am very satisfied with the company.

did good job the windows are only done on inside(as previously stated prior to the job) but this shows up need to do other side so its hard to really appreciate the full effect not their fault

As already mentioned, I was very disappointed that instead of 3 hours of cleaning and the extra work of washsing 10 windows (for which I paid $80.00) , they gave me only 1 hour and 30 minutes, with no time for washing windows. And while they worked quickly, I fear it was do to time concerns rather than an eagerness to really do a good job. If it is possible, I'd like to get reimbursed for half the amount I paid, since they gave me half the time promised.

We have a 3 bedroom, 1 office, 1.5 bathroom house. We felt the price was reasonable for the first cleaning and they did a really nice job cleaning. Our sink hasn't looked so good in a long time. They do under the couches and beds and behind every nook and cranny.
