+ -1 moreI originally called Handyman Fran, but he was busy. He recommended John Daley. Called him. He returned the call within a day, and came around a day or two later to see the problem which was: A 50-year-old, severely rusted barely functional bulkhead sitting on concrete that required repair. We discussed the situation, he suggested remedial action, and said he would e-mail me a proposal. That came a day later, and the price seemed reasonable. He started work a couple of days later and repaired the concrete, which seemed to have been hosting ants in the cracks. Getting the proper color match for the finish coat required him to make a couple of trips to paint stores, but within two days the job was completed with a good fit, secure sealing, and everything working. The old bulkhead structure was hauled away. I was very pleased with the timely completion of job, with his competence, and his cooperative, friendly attitude. I will call him for future jobs.

Description of Work: John installed walls around the ducts of a newly central air system in 4 closets. He also prepped and repaired walls on an unfinished porch and then painted it. He was responsive during the quoting and scheduling process. He was very professional when he was on the job (showed up on time, good communication, was neat). We were very happy with the finished product, he has excellent attention to detail.
