David Edgren was our inspector. He arrived a few minutes late, but called us to keep us informed. He inspected the 2300 sq foot property in 3 hours. He did a very thorough job. He was patient and professional. He took our group with him, on the inspection. He educated us about the issues, and provided advice for follow up, throughout the inspection. There were a couple of issues that were perplexing. He continued to investigate and found answers, when he could have easily moved on. His written report was very detailed and legible. Thank you David. I enjoyed the experience and would call Imperial Inspection Services again, should the need arise.

I have used this company twice for home inspections. They are completely thorough and spend time with you to go over the report that you get immediately. The report is very detailed and with comments/concerns/etc. They will not steer you wrong!

Steve was very thorough and professional. He clearly explained his findings, and answered all of our questions. His written report, which was available immediately after the inspection, was clear, detailed, and very helpful. We were very happy with our experience with Imperial Inspections, and would certainly call Steve if we need another inspection in the future.

Steve found some problems that were not evident to us and which would have amounted to thousands of repairs. He suggested that I walk around the house with him while he performed the work and answered all of my questions. We were able to renegotiate the purchase price of the house based on the inspection.

These guys are great. Very open and honest and actually pretty amusing/fun to work with during a tedious/stressful process. The go through homes with a fine tooth comb and write up extremely detailed reports. One home I bought 10 years ago, they did the inspection on and they did not miss a single thing. The only tough thing is that they're VERY busy so you need to leave a little time if you want to use them. I plan on using these guys any time I ever have another inspection to do.

STEPHEN COOK, IN MY OPINION, HAS A SHARP EYE, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POINTED OUT A NUMBER OF DEFICIENCIES THAT I WOULD NEVER HAVE SEEN. THE ONLY REASON THAT I DID NOT GRADE THE WORK QUALITY HIGHER IS THAT I FELT THAT THE INSPECTION WAS SLIGHTLY RUSHED.
