We purchased our home in Medford with Christine?s help. The house we bought wasn?t on the market more than a week before we put it under agreement! She helped us be some of the first people through the door, which gave us an advantage to get our offer in that same day. Prior to making this offer we had seen so many homes and Christine kept us up to speed on what was coming onto the market and was always available to go with us to see so many different places. Which in our case, purchasing our house was so time sensitive had we not seen the house as quickly as we did, we probably would have missed our opportunity. My husband and I had tenants moving into our condo in Cambridge ? so we were on a tight timeline to find a home. It was a stressful time ? and Christine was with us each step of the way. She was patient, responsive, flexible, and as diligent as we were about finding the perfect property. She spent whole days with us touring homes in the Concord, Carlisle, Bedford area. She took such special care of all of our needs ? from the inspection (we purchased a ~140 year old home so this was not an easy inspection!) to the closing (she watched our two-year-old daughter so we could sign the paperwork!). Dan is a great agent to help anyone find an apartment in the Cambridge area. As a resident of the East Cambridge neighborhood, he brings insight and local knowledge to the process. In addition to bringing Real Estate experience to the table, Dan works with the rest of the team to provide in-house construction services and consultation to give you estimates of different projects either for move-in or down the road. This eliminates the guesswork for determining cost of construction projects and definitely helps with envisioning your perfect apartment. Christine Garabedian is someone you want to work with. She really goes to bat for you and works hard to get you the best deal she can. She's reliable, responsible, detail oriented and her suggestions are always spot-on, especially her suggestions for staging the property. We are in the process of working with Christine from the Garabedian Group to purchase an investment property in the Cambridge/Somerville, MA area. Although we have yet to find the "perfect" property, Christine has been an invaluable asset to us during this process. Since we began our search in early November, 2013, the inventory in our specific area has been very low. To that end, Christine has been very patient with us while we wait on finding that perfect property. She has been extremely professional, courteous and always proceeded in a timely manner. She has also taken the time to do direct mailings to various properties that she believes would interest us. She never makes us feel like we're being a bother or "wasting her time" like we've heard from other realtors. As a bonus, Garabedian Group also offers construction services. This has been a great service as it has been very beneficial to have a construction expert with us while looking at properties so we can be properly informed of construction costs prior to making any investment decisions. The Garabedian Group handled the sale of my 1bed Watertown condo with the utmost professionalism and service. Christine went above and beyond for a property many other agents would have been uninterested in due to the fact it was a small lower priced unit. She happily ran a successful open house and was always available for showings. The property sold very quickly because it was priced correctly. Other "local experts" were not as honest about the assessment and had I gone with them it would have meant a longer time on market and disappointing price reductions.
