Nikolai was awesome! He came over when he said he would, he explained what he was doing in a very understandable way, and made me feel like my house was secure. A+ would use again.

Got totally saved by this guy! My key simply broke while I was turning it, and I couldn't enter the apartment as now the key entry was blocked. Imagine that at 11pm! Thank god they have 24 hrs service! Within 20 min, Nikolai was at the door and replaced the entire thing. Very fair price for such a fast service and this late. If I get another crappy key like this, I know where to call to fix it...

I am a senior citizen and based on other locksmith estimates find myself in a situation where a locksmith charged us a fortune, did not provide a receipt with the breakdown of charge and when I called him a few days after work,was done he told me that I will NOT find a locksmith who would have charged me less. Well I did find a locksmith on Angie’s List whose estimate is a lot lower. Once I secured the estimate from the Angie’s List locksmith I tried to elicit a willingness of Finest Locksmith owner to,speak with me but he did not respond. Is he reputable? His business card email address bounced back. On his website he has two different emails listed. I sent an email and also completed the online contact me form. This is the estimate from a reputable Locksmith listed on Angie’s List that I am going by: Service call.....$50 (during regular business hours) Re-key each keyhole......$35 Open lock for attic......$35 Supply new lock for attic....$40+tax Install new lock for attic....$15 I am living on Social Security I come and arefuse to be dismissed and feeling ripped off to the tune of $240. (details below). Details of what I sent to Finest Locksmith are below. I checked with a number of locksmiths listed on Angie’s List and the most e pensive one gave this estimate for the work you charged $420. You basically ripped us off. The garage door for which you charged $100 to fix was an even bigger rip off. I wrote a o check to,you for $520 for around one hour of work. Here is what you charged me for which you gave a NOT ITEMIZED receipt. 2 rekeyed locks @$35 = $70 Open lock in attic for which we did not have a key $35 Supply new lock for attic $40 + tax Install new lock in attic $15 .....total $140 Plus service call $50 Fix overhead garage lock handle ?? $40 ...ENTIRE JOB total $230 Entire job should have come to around $230 NOT $520. Based on estimate provided by HONEST locksmith, HUGE DIFFERENCE OF $260 He did not respond.
