Eric performed an historical and present-day appraisal on my property. He was friendly and efficient. I had the results in a couple weeks (I told him I wasn't in a rush). There was a minor issue where a couple of photos didn't display correctly in the PDF, but Eric addressed this quickly and the finished reports look great.
