I was blown away with Eric's knowledge, customer service and transparency throughout this process. Appraisals can be stressful, but Eric was extremely helpful and went through in detailed explanation of the different methodologies. I was also shocked at his level of knowledge about Boston neighborhoods. I could not believe he accurately knew the reputation at the street level. Overall, I was extremely impressed and will use him again in the future.

I was told by my brother who assisted Eric with the walk through that he was a nice guy but rushed through the house taking pictures of the rooms and was there for a total of 5-10 min., my brother said Eric asked no questions about the house nor did any real physical inspections of the house. I should have asked Eric up front what do you do specifically for the appraisal other than do a drive through visual inspection and heavily rely on statistical data to form an opinion which I could have done myself through Zillow as well as do a neighborhood comparison all in all not what I expected for the money I am going to pay. My advice to Eric have an itemized Explanation of what you do specifically to get an appraisal so that the home owner is fully informed as to what you do while at their home.
