About us

Delaney Restoration is a full service residential contracting business. Our goal as a business is to supply a service that we can be proud of and build something that will last. One of the ways we do this is by using the same subcontractors to ensure reliablity and a consistant product. Working together as a team also allows us to give our best work at a reasonable price. Our philosophy as a business is to be of service and build trusting relationships with clients, rather than trying to get your business and just move on to the next job. We believe in full transparency and helping the client make the best well informed decision about what work needs to be done and how we came to that conclusion. Most of our work is repeat business or referrals from existing clients and there is no job too small for us. We know that it's the small things that make our everyday life a little easier and by giving our attention to your "to do" list of projects we can gain your trust to be the one you want to call when something needs to be fixed or when you have made the decision to do a major renovation to a kitchen or bathroom. We take pride in knowing that we have built a relationship based on doing what we said we were going to do, when we were going to do it and for the price agreed upon. We also know that doing any project big or small can be very stressful. Being clean, professional and respectful of your space is always on our mind and we have never been asked to improve in any of these areas. This is the profession we have chose and we love to do it!

Services we offer

We offer residential remodeling from kitchens & bathrooms and anything in between. Replacing doors and windows make up a lot of our smaller jobs. We do all of the finishes ourself including, custom carpentry, tile work, painting and we also design custom built-ins and cabinetry. Exterior wood rot solutions, gutter/downspout work, stairs, awnings/overhangs, fences, house painting and roof repairs are everyday projects for us. There is no project that we can't find a solution for.

Services we don't offer

We do not do excavation work, septic work, tree removal, asbestos removal, lead paint removal, or mold removal.

Tom handled everything including coordinating with the plumber and electrician and kept the disruption to an absolute minimum. He kept me informed of the progress and problems on a regular basis. And he made sure that everything was cleaned up and up away at the end of each day. I appreciated that the whole approach to this job, as well as the other work that Tom has done for me, was practical without attempts to make the job any more complicated, and expensive, than it already was.
Description of Work: Delaney Restoration handled everything associated with the repair of a major plumbing leak on the second floor of my house that effected two bathrooms in two separate and occupied living spaces. The work included complete demolition of one bathroom and partial demolition of a second bathroom to get access to the broken drain pipe followed by reconstruction and code improvement. I have also used Tom for several years for smaller projects from rebuilding the basement floor to replacing windows.
