CTS Computer

When we started with CTS we had Dan make house calls to our ailing XP. Then we had to bring our tower in when the hard drive failed. He was able to retrieve all of our files from it and put it on a new hard drive. I've read that they are masters of data retrieval and they are. Since he's been so good with our XP, I decided to get the laptop from them. I haven't been disappointed. We won't use anyone else.

Great. This is a shop that does computer sales and service. Dan is the main tech guy, and he is amazing. I have been going there for all my computer needs for 10 years or more. When I have needed repairs, like dealing with viruses (very rare these days), I will bring it in, and it is usually foxed in 2-3 days, and always at such a fair price. I used to take computers to big stores for repairs, and it would cost $100 for them to just look at it, and then labor cost always seemed crazy. At CTS, that is not the case. The pricing and quality of work is terrific. This family run business is so good. I have only used them for work on PCs. Not sure if they deal with Mac repairs.

Good advise, very quick turnaround, good quality work, and nice people. Have recommended them to friends and colleagues who have had the same experience. Will continue to both use and recommend them. Would not have any desire nor reason to consider anyone else.

I am a software professional, and this repair was beyond my ability. The computer had another large part (a CPU cooler) inside, blocking the power supply, and I did not know how to remove it. So I decided to use a professional. I brought in the computer and the necessary replacement part (because I had one) at 9:00am. They did the work and I picked up the computer at 5:00pm. Yes, turnaround on the same day. I am impressed. Update: The next day, another computer of mine died. CTS fixed it the SAME DAY, in at 12pm, out at 4pm, again for only $60 plus the cost of parts. I will definitely bring any future repairs to CTS!

Overall, my experience with them has been great.

Redundant to above. My company used (uses) them exclusively for all their computer/ networking issues.

We had an HP notebook PC that was completely dead. CTS Computer diagnostic charge is $30.00. They said it would take 1-2 days. Called on the second day and they had found and fixed the problem (BIOS reset) and offered to update the BIOS to the latest version. I had no problem communicating with them and they were prompt, courteous and quite inexpensive.

IT WAS, AT TIMES, DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM DUE TO LANGUAGE DIFFICULTY, BUT ONCE THEY UNDERSTOOD, THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID AND WERE VERY RELIABLE. (BUT THAT DID TAKE SOME TIME.)
