They could have fixed the roof. They fixed the roof but it leaked worse after they got done. They replaced the roof but the roof continued to leak, even worse and in more places. So, their quality of craftsmanship was piss poor at best. I had to pay for another company to come out and fix it because they wouldn't return my phone calls, they wouldn't come out and fix it. They came out 5 times to fix it, never fixed it. I called another company to come out and fix it, bang, done. Never leaked again. Then they changed their name so they didn't have to honor the warranty.

The first problem was that they took a while to get back with me. We could only leave a message and they would then get back with us. Eventually we did get a hold of them and they had an engineer/sales man come out to give an estimate and then they sent out some new people came out to do the work. These workers were all Russian and did not speak English. The woman who translated was having difficulty because of the roofing jargon that needed to be translated. They tried very hard and had good quality material, but it was a tragedy in part. Once he understood what was needed, the main guy did a fine job, but the communication was a big issue. The final problem is that when they finished, the roof leaked a lot around the chimney. They came back time and again to fix the leak. They blamed it on the chimney, but they did not have this problem before. They came back maybe 10 times and eventually decided to coat everything with a transparent seal and it finally stopped. It then started leaking again, but has stopped leaking once more. Recently I had brought in contractors to have work done on my attic and we saw that sunlight was coming in through the roof! Update 1/10/2013 The rep did some follow up. He attempted to fix the leaks on the roof. As far as I could tell, he did fix the issue. The gentleman that came out had a professional manner and spent about an hour on trying to fixing the leak. I also discussed with him about what we should do with respect to the internal damage to the walls that was done by the other group. This gentleman said that this other group is still responsible for the problem they created (this group was associated with ALUMABILT but apparently are no longer).

I just thought that it was a ridiculous price for the roof, so I wasn't going to pay that. They installed windows on the second floor and here recently I tried to close and lock the windows and you can't lock them. I think they measured them wrong and they won't lock. They seemed to be professional, responsive and were on time, but I won't use them again because they are too expensive.

There were two leaks that we noticed and they came right out to fix them. There was no trouble with the roof since then.

It was excellent.

They were pricey but the quality of the material was excellent. The siding has been up for 19 years. One issue I did have was that the guy who put on the siding was putting protective piping for the electrical cords back onto the house, he put it on upside down so the water was funneling into it and caused all sorts of electrical problems. Other than the piping I didn't have any trouble.
