Nee was prompt, professional and courteous. The work happened exactly as explained to me. I had a tight window to get the work done, but I was going to get more than one estimate. Nee could schedule the job within the time frame and agreed to drop his price $100 in order get the job. I knew his price was competitive, so i did not get further estimates. I also made a mistake, stepping on the floor before it was dry, and Nee came and repaired it without any problem or further charge. I would definitely use him again. The floor looks great.

They were on-time and very responsive to requests. We had a short-time frame to work with and they were able to get the job done in less than a week. They took a day to install new floors/clean up and sand down the original floors. Then, a few more days to do 3 coats/finish. Initially, I was very stressed out about where to move all of our furniture. They were great about helping us figure out what rooms we could store furniture in and how to stain everything else (doing that room last). They were very accommodating with the hours and worked late to get a whole floor done so it could dry properly for days. They custom-made the color I wanted-- a lighter ebony, that was still black in color. What I really wanted was to make sure the grains of the floor came through so it was NOT a solid black. They were able to create the color I was going for and it came out beautiful! I would highly recommend them. They were fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced.

We finally decided to refinish our floors for our summer house last week and we couldn't be happier with the services from Nee and his crew. It went extremely smooth. Going into this I was unsure of what would be involved with refinishing floors. Nee explained everything very clearly and went over his thoughts on types of stains, sanding, etc. By the end of the discussion with him I felt I could make a confident decision on when I wanted done. I had not moved into my place yet so I gave Nee a key and he came the next day after we met to start the work. I love how the floors turned out. I would work with Nee again. He is punctual, responsive and very vey easy to work with. Great quality work.

Nee was extremely responsive and knowledgable in regards to hardwood flooring. He was able to accommodate our quick schedule and had his guys over within a few days to refinish our floors. Nee the owner is very courteous and helpful. He came to assess the condition of our floor on the same day, and provided us options on how to fix the problem. Understanding our financial situation, he gave us different options (sanding and polishing only for now and replace later vs the filling vs replacing it now) and discussed different possible outcome for each options, taking our concern into account (having little children and cats etc). At the end of the discussion, I truly felt informed and was able to make a good decision for our floor within our financial limit. I would highly recommend Aldrich Floor service to anybody, and they will be my go-to company in the future when we plan to do major repair/replacement in a year or so.
