They showed up for the free estimate and it went great their pricing was so good we decided to do the job on the spot -Though we weren't necessarily prepared they were and had great patience as well as it seemed experience in this type of thing - they were very easy going , fast as well as efficient.

The crew was very responsible and professional. Dan was in charge and I was very pleased with his attentive service. The price was fair, and they responded when requested. I would use again, and recommend to anyone in need of disposal and clean out work.

I called them mid afternoon and left a message. As the recording stated, they called back within 15 minutes. I described the job and arranged for them to come first thing the next morning. They arrived a few minutes early (which worked great for me), we agreed on a price and they were finished with the job in 20 minutes - even with me finding more junk to add to the pile! Terrific experience. I recommend them.

They were great! They came on time. They were very fast, very efficient. John, the supervisor was fantastic! I would highly recommend them!

Great job - responsive, punctual, polite, thorough, and careful. My only knock would be that it seemed a little pricey, but of course the paint had to go to a "toxic waste" facility (or I would have just thrown it out myself). Many companies in this area don't handle small jobs like this. I'd certainly use them again.

I received a phone call telling me that they were running 10 minutes late to the house, but they arrived within 5 minutes of when they originally scheduled to give an estimate. I had been planning on canceling the appointment because I started breaking down the empty boxes that had been filling the garage and saw that I could get it all out to our recycling/transfer station. The company arrived with their truck, and gave me an estimate of $150. I balked and they offered to take the junk for $95, which I accepted. The two guys worked rapidly and cleared out the space within 20 minutes or so. They then swept the garage and left. I was very happy with the service.

Overall it went well. They were prompt and did the job efficiently. They did minor damage the threshold of the front doorway when they dropped the stove corner and it punctured the metal threshold, but honestly that stove was very large and they were coming down a steep set of stairs. Honestly we were happy just to find a contractor to take the stove away and their price was much more reasonable than other quotes we received.

Tom responded to my telephone call right away. He scheduled a time to come to the house to pick up the trash and was punctual on the day of pick-up. I was unable to be home, so he gave me a price for pick-up over the phone. His team was very professional, taking all of the trash without leaving a mess behind. They were even so quiet during the pick-up that my visiting parents inside the house did not know the team had stopped by!

They said they could come at 9:00 a.m. Sunday. They arrived promptly at 9:00. Were quick and courteous. I will definitely hire them again. Their price was cheaper than another quote. They stuck with their price even when I asked for something else to be added to the pile.

They took away most of the stuff that I had asked them to, but not all. The largest thing they were supposed to remove was an old gas clothes dryer that the previous owner of my home left behind. They did not check to make sure it was disconnected and I ended up with a gas leak, having to call NStar, and the junk removal people left quickly. I was also surprised that the man brought a twelve-year-old boy along to clean up the old water-damaged clothing in the basement (I'd had a flood) which included (gasp!) underwear, so I was a little embarrassed! The man was also insulting about the amount of '"stuff" I have in my home (cluttered artist-type that I am) and so even though he promised to come back for the dryer once it had been disconnected, I didn't want him back in my house. In all fairness, they did most of what they promised, but the dryer was the largest item, so I didn't get my money's worth.

The person I spoke to on the phone was clear and helpful and available to speak with easily. He told me they would come to the house, quote a price depending on the size of the job, and if in agreement haul away the wood that day. Payment was due the same day as well. I agreed to this plan, and made an appointment for several days later. The workman arrived on time and was very courteous. He quoted me $125. which I thought was high for the small job. He told me that was their minimum and was surprised that no one told me that on the phone. I agreed to the job as I needed it removed that day. The job was done neatly and I was happy with the result .

Overall excellent experience.

I selected another competitor for two reasons. First of all, the other competitor asked more questions about the job and then gave a clearer estimate on the phone, so I would know in advance whether or not I wanted to work with them; in the case of AAA, I would have to show up at the sight just to make the decision of whether or not to work with them. Secondly, the high end of the competitor's quote was the low end of AAA's quote.

Great experience and service. Came out same day, did great job and were very quick and courteous. Don't mind paying a few dollars more for service this good.

EXCELLENT! CAME ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER WE CALLED (ON A SUNDAY!). PRICEY, BUT WELL WORTH IT.

AFTER OUR USUAL HAULER DIDN'T SHOW UP, WE WERE IN A BIND. THE LANDLORD WAS ADAMANT ABOUT CLEANING OUT OUR GARBAGE SPACE. CALLED AAA AND THEY HAD A ESTIMATOR ON THE JOB WITHIN AN HOUR, AND THE TRUCK ARRIVED THAT AFTERNOON. VERY CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, FAIR AND GOOD-NATURED. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN. PAID MORE THAN WE WANTED, BUT CONSIDERED THIS AN EMERGENCY CALL.

THIS WAS A TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE! MY INITIAL PHONE CALL WAS ANSWERED PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME THE NEXT MORNING AND ARRIVED 5 MINUTES EARLIER THAN THE TIME THEY HAD GIVEN ME. GAVE A QUICK LOOK AT THE JUNK THAT I WANTED REMOVED, QUOTED ME A PRICE ON THE SPOT, AND WHEN I AGREED, PILED ALL OF THE JUNK IN THEIR TRUCK. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK LESS THAN 10 MINUTES.
