It was a good experience and they do a pretty good job. Price: I really didn’t look around, I thought they were fair. One thing, they are very tidy. They did tree trimming and they really cleaned up very nicely. It took a while to get the work done. When we finally got a date, they came exactly when they said they would. It was getting the date that took longer than I had expected. They were very punctual.

In the end they followed through. They had to come back. I would say they were helpful in giving advise. Deferential to our preferences, and executed the work plan very well. They were responsive to following up when I noted a couple of intended dead branches were not removed. They brought the whole crew system back and took care of that problem. It took a better part of a day to main the main work. Then they came back and made the adjustments in a couple of hours. Providing their insight was an exceptional quality. Their professionalism was exceptional. They are some times a little difficult to get a hold of in the process of setting up an appointment. My neighbors are trying to use them as well. Sometimes that's where the responsiveness took a hit.

Overall a very well done job. The work to be done was verified several times. I appreciate this as once a tree is gone it cannot reasonably be in-removed. A couple dead branches were missed on the first trip, but a follow up was quickly scheduled and those branches were removed as desired. They were even open to performing other work not necessarily in the original work order. I appreciated the offer.

Three workers arrived on time, reviewed the job with me, and got right to work. They worked for about 2 hours and trimmed landscaped area around the front and side of the house carefully. They took all of the trimmings with them for disposal. Before they left, they reviewed the work with me to make certain I was satisfied.

The removal went well. They were very responsive. They repaired a small Nick in the stairs which complicated the process. It was insignificant and they fixed it

Work was very good! Work manager that came out to supervise was excellent, his name was Ken. He even did some work that he thought could fine tune the work the young men had completed. They were one of the best as far as not being pushy and being very knowledgeable of their tree work. The proposal that they sent was one of the best I had seen. Everything was spelled out in detail. Excellent!

Lupien Tree & Landscape come on time, they do the job, and the grass looks great. This is the second year I've used Lupien Tree & Landscape.

I discovered them when I saw them working at a nearby, city property, carefully & neatly pruning boundary trees. Their service was super-professional, efficient, neat, etc. They extended themselves during a very busy time to perform the work within less than 1 week from day of estimate.

Excellent work. Punctual, courteous and very detail oriented. Their crew is terrific and Jack Younker really takes the time to make sure things are done right and that the customer is satisfied - in this case we were.

They came in to give an estimate and let me know when they will arrive to do the work. He was flexible with the time he could arrive. I have used him three times in the past and would recommend him to others.

Lupien arborists are very experienced and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the work and would use them again. They enabled us to keep a tree that I was prepared to have removed. That said, I left a voicemail for the office that was not returned. Once the contract and access permissions were in order, we were a couple of weeks in the queue for the work to start. We had to delay some work because of weather and I had to make two calls to get the final cables finished.

The crew that came to do the work was very professional and efficient. Because of the height of the tree a crane was needed to bring it down in sections. Everything but a large piece of the trunk was ground into chips. The crew cleaned up all debris and left the site looking like they'd never been there. The trunk piece (about 15 ft long) was left behind and later that day a logging truck came by and added it to some others it was already carrying. I'd like to believe they were all destined for a lumber mill somewhere. I've used Lupien Tree and Landscape in the past both for tree work and spraying for winter moths and woody adelgid. They've always been courteous, professional and done a good work.
