+ -1 morePunctuality is not one of his strong points but when he came he worked hard and I trusted him. He had solutions for unusual situations but it became more and more difficult to work with him because he became unreliable.
Description of Work: John’s Maintenance did handy work like hanging pictures, moving furniture, and rebuilding the porch.

+ -1 moreJohn is very inexpensive. John is very busy and only available in the morning and it is hard at times to schedule work some times due to how busy he is. John does very good work. I will continue to use him.
Description of Work: I hired John's Maintenance to do some plumbing work, changed some taps, and worked on my garbage disposal.

Description of Work: John is responsive and flexible. He comes when he says he will and is a licensed plumber. He is very personable and trustworthy.
