 + -1 moreThey did a pretty good job as far as I could tell. It wasn't very cheap. We took the rug in, and it took them about a week. If you have a rug to take in, I would definitely use them.

 + 0 morePrices are outlandish, even compared to other oriental rug dealers. They stress this policy that you can return the rugs you buy from them at any time for up to the amount you paid. They act like this is a special deal, as though it is "no lose" since you can always trade in if you don't like your choice. But when you go to use this policy, the policy doesn't seem to have any teeth. They appraise the rugs you bought from them when you bring them back. The original price you paid doesn't seem to enter the equation at all, except that it is a "maximum" price. Then the appraisal can only be applied to the list price of the rugs, not any sale prices. But I don't think anyone pays the list prices at Gregorian. Even the "sale prices" or the "special deals" are outlandish. Plus we gave them the rugs to appraise, and when we got them back, one had moths in it. We had to take it to another dealer to have the moths removed.
Description of Work: Purchased oriental rugs from them. Also had them cleaned and considered trading in old rugs for new ones.
