Description of Work: I reached out to Naomi asking to help my elderly father sell his beautiful home in Newton, which was in a great location right by Newton Center. My father could not take care of and maintain the house any longer because he was getting too old. He also did not need the extra space. He needed to focus on his health and lifestyle. There was so much space in the house because it belonged to a family of five siblings. I knew the house was very valuable because of its location and the large lot on which it resided. I also knew there was much more potential in the home and that Naomi could add value to the home, as there had been a lack of upkeep and maintenance.

Within a few days of our conversation, she helped me locate an investment property in Cambridge, MA, and immediately started with the negotiations. She never pushed me to buy the property; rather, I felt she was holding my hands, and walking me through the process. I was impressed by her knowledge of the market and her negotiating skills. Using her vast contacts, she helped me find a sensible lawyer and a reasonable lender. This particular property needed renovations, and Naomi, using her architectural background, was instrumental in identifying the necessary work and finding me reliable contractors, who did an amazing job. She even helped me locate a tenant to move in right after the renovation work was completed.

When I did not have the time and the resources she brought professionals, such as a plumber, a contractor, and a company to remove unwanted items from the house. She used her architectural skills to stage my home to present it in the best way to ensure the highest selling price. Naomi suggested updating the paint in various rooms of the house and helped me to set up rooms to make them more visually appealing as well. She was able to bring in a buyer and the property sold in about 2 months; a difficult feat in today s market!
