Jon Sneider Corp.

We are in the process of replacing our sewer line and began working with Jon to discuss landscaping options after the sewer line replacement was done. From the start, it was clear that Jon is more than just a landscaper. He took an active role in all aspects of this project beginning with the sewer line. He was present when All Drain came to scope the sewer line so he could understand what part of the line was compromised. He actually identified that the problem was bigger than the sewer line, and involved a significantly leaking water line. He then helped coordinate the excavation and replacement of the sewer and water lines with a sub-contractor that he respected- Joe Vara. We felt so taken care of - Jon and Joe were making sure everything was done correctly. They were both accessible, great communicators, smart, with a really great work ethic. Overall, Jon has been incredible to work with. While this review is not about the landscaping (I’ll update after the work is done) I’ve been so impressed with Jon that I felt I should share my experience. It’s very rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work.

Jon was extremely responsive and scheduled the appointment for an estimate on the same day that I submitted the request! He was very communicative even before our appointment about availability (it's in the middle of a busy season) and approximate cost. He arrived promptly for the estimate and called ahead to confirm that he was on his way. During the estimate/walkthrough, Jon spoke about all our options and gave excellent design recommendations, and even offered up less expensive options altogether (including building a deck instead of a patio). He provided more details about how to deal with water (including improving the waterproofing on our foundation) and spoke about potential factors that could increase the price and scope when dealing with excavation. In the end, we decided not to move forward with the work as scoped, but if we had done so, we would have chosen Jon.

The guy is very friendly, he came to my house and sent me the information. Everything is very clear. He is also reliable and very professional.

He charges us per visit. We have had him for four years. The price is average. I can't compare. His work is very good.

He has been excellent. He comes when he is supposed to. He asks us what we would like to have done, and he does what we tell him we would like. He doesn't charge us for more than what he does do and what we had agreed on. He is very dependable. We are very happy with him. I would recommend him highly.

He is phenomenal. He is very reliable and conscientious. He has worked for me for years. He is absolutely terrific. I would highly recommend him. If you want another job done, he will recommend others and supervise the work to make sure it is done the way you want it done.
