I have attempted to reach this company through the message center within Angie’s List, e-mails, calls and text messages – all have gone unanswered.

Contractor was unresponsive after we paid, hard to schedule, cancelled once and stood us up the second time without calling and while making us wait in a two hour window in a house that is under construction.

The work was good. Everything was done as promised. I would use them again.

He gave me a time, but he did not show up. I wanted to be there when he did it, but he came while i was not here and said he celaned the gutters, but when my roofer was up there he found a lot of debri on the gutters. He also took a lot of pictures of my roof without my permission to try to sell me on repairs. I think he spent more time on the pictures than cleaning the gutters

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The price was good and they were very competent but we didn't use them. Their price was about the same as another company. They were very good. They seemed very reputable. They were very prompt. My overall impression was very excellent. They were very professional and very polite. They had very good information and they were well informed.

Provider replaced missing shingles on roof. He was very prompt and professional on the phone and was able to come for an estimate on the day I called. Service was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Dion was quick to find the problem and fix it.

There were a number of daily rain showers so it took us a few days to complete the appointment. Dion and I communicated via text and we adjusted the schedule as required by the weather. Dion was knowledgeable and well spoken. He told us our roof was in good shape but recommended some minor maintenance on the ridge which he came back to perform the next day. He and my husband also discussed options for adding a solar attic fan and he provided us with a rough estimate of cost. We were not ready to do it at that time but would certainly consider Certified Roofing for that work. At the time of our service, Dion admitted that he was extremely busy due to the Angie's List Big Deal. This may have contributed to some of the scheduling issues. Overall this was a positive experience and I would definately use this provider again.

Everything was good. They finished the project in one day. The original price was higher, but worked with me based on my financial situation. I would recommend this company for anybody's roofing needs.

Dion is personable, punctual, and responsive; his word is good; and he wants to make his customers happy. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with him. His crew was amazingly hard-working; they finished roofing in a single, 13-hour day. I was pleased with the quality of the finished roof, repairs made to the chimney, and the effort made to keep my property intact and clean. I recommend him enthusiastically.

It went well. They arrived on schedule and did a great job. We had no problems with leaves or debris in the gutters.

On the one hand, Dion from Certified Roofing didn't offer to replace the chimney cap himself (which surprised me a little, since their provider entry shows a coupon for chimney-cap replacement); on the other hand, he was easy to contact (answered his phone immediately and set up the appointment, with details sent via text message), arrived ahead of time (after calling first to be sure I was available), took only a few minutes to diagnose the issue, and advised me (for free) on the right person to call to get it fixed. So I'm pretty happy with my experience overall, and would call Dion without hesitation for any future roof-related issues.

Dion was professional, personable, and clear in his description of the state of my roof. Gave me photos to clarify his points and gave me a ball park estimate for repairs - a written proposal will follow.

Certified roofing replaced my roof shingles, installed new soffits and wrapped all the exposed wood around my sumer home in Boston, Ma with aluminum. I also had new gutters installed. I lost some shingles in a storm in June and half the roof uplifted. What a mess. I met with an incredibly knowledgable roofer Dion. He explained the entire process with a great deal of patience. He was the only contractor I could find to come to my home and replace the shingles. I had called a dozen contractors and could not find one to come out at last minutes notice. I asked Dion for an estimate on a new roof, replacing my wooden soffits with vinyl, wrapping all the trim in aluminum and installing new gutters. I received an estimate in a few days. I already had some estimates from seven other roofing companies. (Dion's estimate was very reasonable) I spoke with him and decided to get started right away. Then again I was living in my house without a roof. The roofing crew arrived at 7:00 am Monday June 10th. There were at least 8 people in the roofing crew including Dion the owner. (my roof was estimated to be between 36 and 38 square by all the contractors) The dumpster arrived at 8:00 am. The entire roof of the main part of the house was removed. Dion walked in my attic to ensure there was going to have proper ventilation. He recommended installing baffles above a tray ceiling in the upstairs bedroom to improve the ventilation in that area. The crew worked from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm on the first day. They completed all the roofing of the areas that were stripped. They only took a brief lunch break. On Tuesday the roofing crew arrived at 7:00 am and another crew arrived to work on the soffits and wrapping all the exposed wood. This crew had about 8 people in it. Dion identified a problem area where the garage meets the main house. By 3:00 pm the roofing crew had the roof stripped and replaced above my garage and back bedroom. They spent another two hours packing up and patrolling around my home with a magnetic broom, helping the worker who was dedicated to cleanup the last 2 days. By 5:00 pm the soffit crew was done, having completed all the work in their area. (A lot of work) About 5:30 pm the gutter crew arrived and worked until dark. They came back on Wednesday morning to finish up the downspouts. This crew was done by 11:00 am and the dumpster was picked up by noon. Dion met with me and explained the warranty to me. We went over the job and I was expecting him to add some cost to the bill for the baffles and additional time spent on the flashing by the crew. He added nothing for the additional work. Certified Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. They did exactly what they said they would do. I would use them again on any future projects. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I were in need of a roof inspection and repair estimate done at the last minute for a house we are in the process of buying, as we had a vague idea that the roof needed repairs, but needed concrete numbers within 24 hours for our upcoming P&S signing. I called all around town for a roofer who could do the job within our constraints, with no success. In the end, Dion of Certified Roofing was the only roofer who called me back promptly and could take the job. Dion was helpful and friendly on the phone, and promised, completed, and delivered the electronic copy of the inspection (detailed and with photos) by the next day. This was a huge help, as we had already needed to push back the P&S signing once, and didn't want to risk doing that again. Dion was able to complete the inspection on time, despite the house being three stories tall and hard to access. Dion's rates were competitive, and I appreciated both his responsiveness and fast delivery time.

We responded to a Big Deal for our roofing work. Salesman made promises about high quality of work and attention to clean-up afterwards, and assurances that an English-speaking supervisor would always be present. Crew (a very hard working group of men and women) showed up much earlier than arranged and spoke no English. Supervisor who was supposed to arrive early to help clear out attic and place interior tarps to catch debris was a couple of hours late, and almost no help in attic (my husband and I removed everything we could and covered larger items). Large tarps provided by company to crew to attach to roof edge and act as chutes to carry debris down to dumpster were old and apparently worn out; tarps in both front and back of house tore very badly during process, dumping many nails and asphalt pieces into yard, onto the driveway, and into the gutters. No supervisor was present. We tried calling to workers to get them to stop and fix the tarps, but they couldn't understand English and continued working. Someone was supposed to return another day to clean out the gutters and pick up the rest of the nails and asphalt pieces, but no one ever called back. The attic had a fair amount of dust and debris left behind after the company's clean-up. I ended up doing my own vacuuming. In subsequent months we've continued to find nails and asphalt pieces in our yard, and occasionally a piece of asphalt shingle blows off the roof in a storm: we hope those were extra pieces! Our dissatisfaction is NOT with the workers: they worked non-stop and energetically on a day that was really too hot for such work, but they were provided with inadequate materials (proper tarps) and no supervision. The roof itself seems to be adequate (no signs of leaks so far).

The entire experience/process went so smoothly and swiftly that I still can't believe it's done and over with. This being a very costly repair for me, I was very particular with whom I chose for a contractor. I did a lot of research and got six different roofing experts to look at my roof. I was hoping for just repairs but even an independent contractor said that I needed to replace my roof. I haggled back and forth with some roofers that really didn't seem to care if they did my small roof or not. Then I talked to Dion from Certified Roofing. He promptly went to my home and then offered to meet me at my office which was such a huge convenience for me. He told me what I already knew, I need a new roof. But he also took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with my roof and what his company would be doing with what materials and the how the process would go. I even got to chose my own color for shingles! But what made me even feel more secure with Certified Roofing that he showed me some damage to my vinyl siding and gutters that needed fixing I immediately balked and said, "Nope! I can't afford anything extra." He said that if I could schedule a date that would be convenient to both of us he would install gutter guards and fix my vinyl siding for nothing. Since I was in no rush I said sure. Well, my roof was done in less than a week. I left for work on a Monday morning and came home to a new roof. I couldn't believe it. No trash, not even a nail lying around. He did have to finish up a few odds and ends which was done ASAP that next morning. But I still am amazed that I now have a new roof. I used to be embarrased at how bad my roof looked, moss, cracks etc. Now I love looking at it when I drive down my street. I'm no longer 'that' person with the ugly roof....and the color matched my house perfectly. This guy does fantastic work. I highly HIGHLY recommend Certifed Roofing.

Dion was on-time and very professional. I indicated where I thought the leak was coming from and he found the problem and promptly fixed it. He also spent a lot of time answer my questions about the condition of my roof, how long it could last before I needed to replace it, and what type of shingles I should look to purchase when I'm ready to buy a replacement roof. He was fantastic - I expected him to give me a hard sales pitch, but he was anything but that. He was relatable, genuine, and trustworthy.

Best way to describe is frustrating. Not sure who was responsible so I gave overall grade of C. Bought the big deal for roof inspection and minor repairs in July. My wife tried calling provider several times in early fall to schedule an appointment and left several messages. Never got a response though. Turns out, we got an email from Angie's list later in the fall/early winter stating that an incorrect contact # was provided on the big deal confirmation and they provided an updated contact # when they notified us of the mix up. Tried calling a few more times and after a few messages were left and not returned we ended up not trying again. Need to find a way to have the $99 I spent on the big deal applied to something else. Again, not sure where the blame lies with the mix up regarding the contact number. Never the less, even once we were provided an updated contact number, we were still unable to connect with the provider. Can't say for sure how their quality is and I will not give a bad review based on bad quality as that would be unfair. I would have liked to have had the service done though so I guess it's too bad.

I bought this Big Deal when it was offered but had a great deal of difficulty scheduling the gutter cleaning. The company only returned my many left messages AFTER I complained to Angie's List that I was unable to get in touch with anyone from the company. They finally were able to schedule the cleaning but by then we had a couple of snow storms and the gutter debris had frozed. It would have been an easy job as my house is tiny, Very expensive for the size of the job. Very unprofesiional.

They even gave me a discount because my roof was smaller than they thought. They did a great job, and cleaned up very well.

I saw the Certified Roofing truck driving down the road one afternoon and decided to call right then and there. My husband and I had been talking about replacing the roof for a couple of years. I spoke with Dion and he came over that evening to give us an estimate! How timely! After we received the extremely affordable estimate, we picked our color and scheduled the work. Dion and his crew showed up to our house at exactly 7a.m., as promised. The crew of 5 immediately got to work emptying the trucks of our new roof. Dion came up to the door, said good morning, asked if we had any questions, and got straight to work. The crew worked h****** the roof all day, and it was quite warm out! I did provide them with a pizza lunch, because that's what I do! My husband is also a contractor and I know he appreciates it when a customer does it for him! Our roof was finished by dinner time! We were very excited and pleased with the finished result! We would use Certified Roofing again in a minute! We will also be recommending them to everyone we know. We asked that Dion keep the Certified Roofing sign on our front lawn so that people would ask us about our roof and we could tell them about the professional team of Certified Roofing!

Ok dion called me back and then did the first repair the we found a worse pro Len O. The chimney and he fixed that. No drama and below cost of ALL other quotes Then I had him install a rain barrel on my 3 rd floor dion was great and I have hired him to do more work

It didn't I response and the. No shows . Finally came.. Not worth the money we paid
