since he never showed up it didn't go at all

They never contacted me, i complained a few times, never heard back.

They were very polite, but I opted to have a completely new roof put on, so his services weren’t necessary.

As a precaution, I wanted to have snow removed from the 20' x 20' flat-roof section of my house.I appreciated his quick response. Based on what I have heard, his price for doing this was about average for this type of job.

They did a fine job. The only complaint I had was that I asked them to be careful about picking up the nails after the work, and I found quite a few nails. Otherwise, they were courteous and the price was fine.

Came to do the work on the same day service was requested. The owner, Dion, wasn't able to come himself during this busy time, but we were happy that he could get someone out promptly to clear the roof. The two men sent to do the work did something different than agreed on, but price was adjusted and the preventive work seemed to do the trick to prevent leaking.

They came out inspected the roof I had a leak at the time he said he would come out and fix it and never followed up with us. A month or two later he showed up at my house again looking for payment they were very unprofessional, I had someone else fix my roof.

Phoned at 8am and spoke directly to owner Dion who listened and discussed the options available for addressing the problem. The job was priortised and completed same day. With the pending snow storm that late morning the ice dam would have caused a lot more internal damage if not addressed. This service was not just a basic repair job I am more than100% satisfied.

They came out as an emergency within less than two hours. Their prices were more reasonable than those I saw a few years ago from another company. They broke up all the thick ice dams in the gutters, and they'll be back to check on the roof when the snow melts to make sure no damage was done. I was very happy and impressed with them. Highly recommended, triple-A rating!

They did fine. They cleaned the gutters like they said they would and we were satisfied.

Roof inspection & estimate of repairs

So I talked to the owner, who was very nice on the phone. Set a date. Confirmed the date. No show. Left several messages, got no answer. And finally got an answering machine message that he was closed for the winter! My $89 is still out there. Can I still get my money back?

Worst possible service. I had to call and followup several times to even schedule or make sure he comes for a visit. Finally comes one day and then didn't have long enough ladder so decided to come back some other day. Once again after multiple calls finally comes one day and increases the estimate. I kind of agreed to that too but then instead never fixed the issue and further broke something else. I would NOT recommend this person at all and would caution everybody. I ended up finding somebody else and that person fixed the issues in 45 min.

It took way to long to get in touch, hard to communicate.

We had a couple of false starts, but once Don inspected the roof he was able to schedule the work quickly (which was important as the work needed to be done before the temperature dropped). Once schedule Don arrived on time and worked through until the job was completed.

The Provider did not contact me and I am no longer interested.

I called in first for the roof tune up and very easily got the schedule. Before the schedule I changed my mind and decided to go with new roof. I asked Dion if he could come on the scheduled day for estimates. Dion agreed. He was very responsive and called me earlier in the morning to let me know that he will be 30-45 min late. Dion walked around the house got on the roof, after accessing he gave me the estimates for ripping the entire roof up and installing in with new life-time warranty GAF shingles, ice and water shield 6feet, synthetic liner, 2 new aluminum vent caps, clean up and hauling old roof shingles. I got several estimates but decided to go with Dion as he was not pushy like other guys, and seemed very honest. We scheduled a date. On the scheduled day David and workers were right on time @ 7"30 am. Dion came in later (he informed me about that before the schedule) Workers started preparing and then worked non stop. They did my roof in one day, cleaned up real good also rolled the magnetic roller to pick up nails. All and all really happy with the work. One happy customer. I already recommended them to my neighbors. Dion also replaced some eves for free. Highly recommended.

He said he would email the formal estimate the next day. Never got it. Contacted him by email and phone and he never followed up. Found someone else to do the work.

The crew came when Dion said they would, and worked hard and fast. The entire roof was completed in roughly one and a half days!

I should have provided a review right away! Certified and Dion Gaines went out of the way to quickly schedule and complete a major roof replacement job while my home was being prepared for sale. There were a few challenges with permits and Dion handled them quickly and professionally. He was onsite frequently and the job was completed quickly and looks fantastic! it was the single determinant for my very quick sale. I highly recommend Certified for your roofing job.

There was no major work that was being done but I was pleased with what he did do. He was professional and seemed knowledgeable in his field.

He came out and looked at my issues and responded immediately. He actually took care of the problem on the same day. He was very professional at a reasonable price. He is a great guy and I would definitely use him again.

Showed up without proper ladder on Aug 27. Could not come back the same day. Said would call back to let me know a date. Did not call. I called to followup and schedule another day same week for Aug 29. On that day I had a family emergency and left a voice mail asking if there is a possibility of re-scheduling. Did not return my call, did not show up for the job. Left 3 more voice mails over next few weeks but did not hear back. On Oct 10, sent an email using Angies List messaging system asking for a refund as a resolution but did not hear back either. Hoping to get a resolution through Angie's List.

Never heard from them after signing up for A Deal. Emailed twice, no response.
