I have tried to contact him at least 5 times, no returned calls just emails saying he would show but never did.

This company never showed up. I emailed them several times. They said that they would be there several times via email and never came. the last time, they never returned my email. I am requesting my money back.

They didn’t contact me, and then didn’t respond to my phone calls, so I just got a refund on the Big Deal.

They came out and provided the full roof inspection. I asked them for the detailed report/estimate and never ended up receiving it. I asked for quite some time, but still haven't got it.

I had to contact Dion a number of times before I heard back from him. He said that we weren't on the Angie's List Big Deal list so that I had to contact Angie's LIst again. We finally cleared that up and scheduled a time for him to come and he didn't show up. We scheduled another time and he did come. Even though he seemed knowledgeable about roofing, we ended up going with a roofing company that had been in business for 40 years.

We called Certified Roofing, who came when promised and fixed the problem. Really personable, professional and great to deal with!

I bought an Angie's List coupon for $89 for Whole House Gutter Cleaning PLUS Roof Inspection! and was contacted by email by the company to make an appointment in October. I wrote back that the leaves around out house come off the tree very late in the season so we weren't ready for the cleaning because the utters would fill up again. I received a reply saying that because we had a problem with leaves we should consider buying gutter guards and he could install them. I replied saying that we had no problem, we have our gutters cleaned every year and having just bought the service through Angies List I didn't expect to be marketed to for a more expensive product when he hadn't even seen the house. I think he apologized and said a gutter cleaning was fine. I got another email a few weeks later late on a Friday saying that they would be in my area next week. Sure enough Monday 8:00 AM a guy came to the house to do the cleaning. When I showed him all the leaves still on the trees he agreed that the time was not right. On Friday November 30 I both emailed and called the company saying the house was ready for gutter cleaning but haven't heard back. I am writing this email in hoping that it does motivate Certified Roofing to contact me and do the gutter cleaning and roof inspection.

It went well. We were informed the age and conditions of our roof, mostly good points.

I purchased the Angie's list Big Deal and had Certified check my roof. They did a thorough job and pointed out a number of issues that warranted a new roof. Their quote was very competitive but we ultimately chose another company. We did make use of the credit and had our gutters cleaned out. I will update this post as I see how the gutters do in the next few months.

On time, good service, professional. Recommended an entire new roof, much more aggressive than 2 other roofers so I did not proceed with the work.

I bought a deal for roof inspection from Angi's list. The person from Certified Roofing was friendly when I called him to make the appointment, but he came a few hours late. He did the inspection all right.

They didn't show up. Renegged on the deal.

The inital response was quick and the company was perfoming services in my area too early in my opinion for gutter cleaning. Leaves and pine needles had still not fallen off the trees. Understanding that this company performs other services including roof repair that is commonplace late in the season, the company obviously tried to service the gutter cleaning early in order to accomodate other business. I had to email the company again in order to confirm another appointment on 11/10/12. They had not arrived by 1:30pm or so, so I called to make sure they were still en-route. I was told they would be there within a couple hours. Well it gets dark early now and it seemed that it would be too late in order to perform the cleaning in the daylight. The company rep called me back later that day and said they had run into a problem at another client's and would not make it but would be there first thing Sunday morning at 7am. Sunday arrived and I waited until about 10:30am and no-one had shown. Left to run errands and saw the truck in my rear view mirror going up my driveway. The rep called me on my cell phone and said we just missed each other and then performed the service. Most of the gutters were too high for me to inspect but it appeared the job was completed. The most troublesome thing for me was the fact I waited all day Saturday at home and no-show and then was delayed leaving Sunday due to late arrival. Part of the problem may be the company scheduling however I am finding it to be a difficult area in Carver to get some services. Being next to a large town like Plymouth really surprises me when I search for service and get a response that "we do not service that area".

I responded to an email special through Angie's List. They had a very large response to the offer. We were notified in a timely manner of when they were scheduled to be in our area. The work was performed while I was at work, but when I got home the gutters were clean and they had cleaned up any debris that fell while they cleaned.

Went well. I asked them to wait until November after leaf fall to clean the gutters, and they did. In fact in November they contacted me - I did not have to remind them. The work was done quickly and without a fuss or mess. The workman was friendly. I did ask that they give me an estimate on installing soffit vents. I have not heard back from them with the estimate. However, it has been extremely difficult to get anyone interested in that work, other contractors also have not responded.

We called to make an appointment and were told they would call us back. They did not call back and we had some family matters come up and forgot about it until the Fall. I emailed them to see if we could still make an appointment as the big deal coupon was good until the end of October. They called and apologized for not returning the initial call. We made an appointment for the following week and my husband waited at home for hours to meet them. They did not show up and never called to explain or reschedule. i emailed asking for a refund but to date have received no response from the company.

Did a great job - gutters cleaned, left area neat and cleaned up after themselves well. Offered suggestions about small repairs from the ladder perspective that they could see things that I cannot from the ground. Service gentleman was polite, professional and efficeint - took the time to explain what I didn't know as a first time home owner. Overall a great experience.

I received a telephone message from the company indicating that they would be in my area on certain days, and would leave a note to indicate when they had been there, and that I need not be home at the time the service was conducted. Shortly after the indicated time frame, I received in my mailbox a business card from Certified Roofing. I took this to mean that they arrived on that date and conducted the services. I have not gotten on a ladder to inspect the gutters (either before or after this service) so I can only assume the work was done. But given the professionalism this company appeared to demonstrate during this "Big Deal," I believe the work was done and done well.

He came when expected and evaluated the situation. He then provided me with a quote for doing my roof and my neighbor's (attached townhouses). I ultimately choose another vendor with better prices, but cannot fault anything he did for me.

Started with a roof inspection that determined my roof was okay for probably another few years; there was no damage, just a few nails that had started to work up a bit. Well past its half-way point. My home is about 70 years old. Dave (no longer with the company) gave me an estimate and I was surprised by the affordability of the price. Checked around and it was the best estimate. After several phone calls to schedule the job, it was scheduled for Oct. 12. Oct 12 rolls around and no one showed up and I got no phone call canceling the job. After several hours of phone calls to Dion, I finally reached him after 5 p.m. He explained Dave was no longer with the company and some of the jobs he rescheduled had fallen through the cracks and since it rained the job couldn't have been done. Rescheduled, rained out, and rescheduled a third time. Dion offered a Saturday if it rained again, which was very much appreciated. Work started at 7:30 on Friday the 12th. Tarping was set up and stripping began, He had a guy just going around to check for materials that did not fall on the tarp and general cleanup. Materials were unloaded and the job progressed uneventfully. He pointed out that I was actually missing some flashing around a small add-on to my house. He fixed the issue without added cost. The yard was cleaned very well. I have not found any nails in the grass, but there were a few in the driveway. No big deal, I just picked those up and tossed them in the dumpster. They finished up around 3:30. No leaks after 2 rain storms. He said that the way they apply the ice/water shield that I won't have any issue with ice dams. I can't say for certain yet because the house has not weathered a winter. The roof looks great. It has a nice color that compliments the house. The new flashing around the chimney makes a world of difference. The flashing is black and appears continuous around the whole of the chimney. It looks much 'neater' for lack of a better phrase. Overall I was very pleased with the quality of the materials and workmanship. Dion is a very clean cut and personable guy. He even put up a downspout and shutter that had blown off during Sandy. Reaching him and return phone calls are very sparse. Given the quality of the work and the price (one other estimate with the same materials was 3 times the price) I would recommend Certified Roofing, but do not expect prompt return on calls. UPDATE 2/27/15. had some leaking in Dec '14 around the chimney. Called Dion. Still no return call. A neighbor had a Certified Roofing truck outside his house so i walked over to chat, it was not Dion but he promised to relay the message about the leaking around the chimney. Since then I have had dampness along several of the rafters with all the ice. There is also some matting of the blown in insulation. So this indicated that at some point it was dripping. I was promised this would not be an issue, no matter what the winter was like. I had my roof shoveled and the dampness/drips have resolved. Dion has still not returned my call from Dec or the request from him employee from early Feb. Had to change my rating as customer service is so poor. Update: 1/11/16 Had my bricks sealed by a separate company, just in case it was a masonry issue not direct roofing. The big rain storm yesterday and it is leaking yet again. still no call. contemplating calling the BBB and filing a claim. Update: 2/24/16 after many calls and texts finally reached Dion. He was apologetic but initially denied being hard to reach. He checked his texts and phone log and found that i had been trying to reach him for over a year. He inspected flashing and caulking around the chimney, eapplied caulking to area that appeared to slighly pull away. noted a few crack and mortar pieces missing above the roof work. Felt leaking likely a result of this vs roof/flashing work. it is raining today and tomorrow so will reinspect roof line and see if it still leaks.

Certified Roofing was responsive, professional and efficient. I would recommend them.

Dion came and did an inspection while I was home. He recommended a new roof, and said he'd get me an estimate in conjunction with my written report. Dion didn't recommend any specific minor repairs, but he agreed to apply the repair credit (that was part of the Big Deal) to a plumbing vent replacement that would require a small roof repair. We also discussed an estimate for siding replacement. I reminded Dion repeatedly about wanting the estimate, but over three months later I still don't have it. I called Dion on a Saturday in early October (I forget the exact date) to tell him my plumber replaced the vent pipe so I needed his services. He said he'd come out on Wednesday if I emailed him a reminder. I emailed the same day. He didn't come on Wednesday. I called him on Friday morning and he said he'd come out that same day. He didn't. I called half a dozen more times throughout October and November. He never answered the phone or responded to my voicemails. During superstorm Sandy, I had water trickling down my new vent pipe because of Certified Roofing's failure to show up. I ended up doing the repair myself and to this day have not heard anything more from them. I don't know what was going on, but that's no way to treat your customer.

Overall our experience was just great with the company, an appointment was made, the person that did the work was friendly and proffesional and there was no mess left.

Overall Summary - Very Poor Customer Service and no evidence that any work was performed! I purchased a roof maintenance package from Certified Roofing. I paid for it and scheduled it and arranged to have an afternoon off from work to meet the workman and personally show him areas that I had concern and where a few shingles needed to be replaced. He never showed up or called. I called several times while waiting for him and got an answering machine. The owner got back to met several days later apologized and we rescheduled, they missed that date as well. I called the owner and rescheduled a third time and he did arrive on time this time. I explained the areas I was concerned about but he suggested that he had another job and could not fit me in but because they had missed twice he wanted to make sure he came to see me. I explained to him that I could not be at the house then but wanted him to call me on my cell phone after he had inspected the roof. If there some repairs that needed to be done that were not part of the scope I made it clear that I was happy to pay additionally for this but that it was important that the work was done before the winter. I have no evidence that he did any work, I have called him three time and he has not returned my call. While a personable owner, they completely dropped the ball and have not returned my call. Unfortunately, I would recommend avoiding this vendor
