Description of Work: I had a "deal" to have my gutters cleaned. Dion took the initiative to call while in the area . He showed up when he said he would. He was very polite and professional. I know my gutters were a mess and ultimately, so was he and everything else. I had to wait for a good rainstorm to clean everything up. He seemed to be pretty thorough and respectful of my home and property. The only downside was I only wish the cleaning included all the downspouts as well. It was definitely worth it.

Description of Work: $99 was taken immediately from my credit card on signing up. I called later to schedule a visit for roof inspection. He was scheduled to come on 9/26/12 at 3 PM. He never called after that. I got him after several calls on 9/26 at 1 pm. since there was rain predicted that afternoon; he said it is difficult since he has to come from Boston. He agreed to come on 10/2/12 at 9 AM. He did not come on that day too. When I called he said that he was not aware of the appt, that his partner might have spoken to me last week, he couldn’t come then as he had to go somewhere else, apologized and agreed to come on this Tuesday, 10/09/12 at 9 AM, do the roof inspection, and pay me back the money too as he wanted to make it up to me. Guess what, he neither called nor showed up today!!!. I left a message in the morning, but he did not respond. I am fed up. I don’t know who is responsible for the payment?

Description of Work: Dion was very prompt and provided an accurate assessment of my existing roof. He provided a written assessment and followed up with a proposal. Recommend!

Description of Work: I booked my appointment almost two weeks from the service date that was suppose to be on 9/04/12. On the due date, I did not hear from anyone, so I called early afternoon to investigate. I was told by Mr Gaines that due to the rain the service was postponed. Which was fine, even if no one called me to let me know. Mr gaines promissed to call the next day to reschedule. I said no problem. Except I never heard from anyone after that day. On early 9/6/12, I sent an email to Mr Gaines to cancel my service due to their unprofessionalism. The response was by an email not until the next day. In which Mr gaines, gave me all the excuses of the world that: Their software date was to blame, staff had left that week, rain delay ( which was only two days),...that they tried to call in vain. He offered to do service on 9/14/12 the earliest. I found that outrageous. I tought he would at least try to accomodate me within of couple of days, not in 9 days.

Description of Work: Our roof had several loose shingles, that, if left unfixed, would become a bigger problem over time. Through Angie's List, we contacted Certified Roofing. They called me in a timely way, came over quickly, and fixed the problem without a lot of fuss and bother, at the agreed upon price. I was very happy with their help, and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for actual maintenance. The roofer arrived a bit late with clearly no intention of providing service. He gave me quote to replace my roof. It seemed like a decent quote. After considering for several days I decided to get the work done. I called the number the roofer left me (Dave). 2 weeks later, still no response. I called the main certified roofing line and no response to a message I left. The second time I called someone answered but immediately hung up. Needless to say I doubt I will use this company. I also paid $99 for a coupon for roof maintenance. I could have gotten a quote from anyone at no charge.

Description of Work: The service guy was really nice and came and explained what is wrong with the roof, however I asked him to send me everything in writing, as I am not familiar with all the terminology and want to keep it for my records. So he said that he would send me his appraisal in the email, but he never did.

Description of Work: purchased $75 for roofing report and inspection with $150 roofing credit on FEB 25TH.Have yet to meet with anyone from this company ,they do not return calls or e-mails,if there not going to fullfil these coupons why bother to offer them at all??

Description of Work: I originally submitted a bad report on Certified Roofing. However, they did come through after all and they did a good job. The owner was sorry for the delay in getting back to me.. So overall i would give him a B+.
