Description of Work: They are our oil and furnace contractor and I have found them to be very responsive, committed, and great about following up. We had a problem with our furnace not firing up and they stayed with us and found obscure references to find the solution. It took them multiple tries and were ultimately able to fix it. And they were very fair about the price of the fix.

+ 0 moreThey provided excellent service and a willingness to work with us. They also made multiple trips to fix these issues with the furnace. They made sure they got the job done right. They were very responsive and worked with us on price. Just all around nice people.
Description of Work: Having problems with our furnace. They were able to figure out that the problem was an issue with a part from the factory and they were able to fix our furnace.

+ -1 moreThis repair was done in conjunction with another project, insulation of the ducts Lombardi technicians diagnosed the problem in minutes as a faulty condenser fan motor The replacement was done quickly, and the system was checked for leaks and efficiency, and a second system was checked for leaks and efficiency The coils on both systems were cleaned. I was very pleased with the service and that the company did what they said they would do without adding work that did not need to be done.
Description of Work: Repaired an attic central air conditioner that was not running. Other providers gave estimates from 'a thousand at least' to $13,000 to repair/replace.

+ -1 moreThis company responded promptly and did not give me ten reasons why the entire system needed replacement as other firms did. I was kept informed of the schedule. The work took several days, not all continuous Total cost came in slightly higher than the estimate, but the firm also replaced some ductwork. All involved, from supervisor to workers were courteous and responded to my questions and suggestions All trash was removed from the premises daily.
Description of Work: Lombardi insulated an attic central air system, removing old, inadequate insulation and replacing with 3 inch Some pieces of the ductwork were rusted, so they were replaced.
