They did an excellent job. I was very happy to arrive home and see how neat and well groomed my property was. I was very happy with the job they did. I will definetely consider using them over my current landscaper for future projects.

I purchased 8 hours of service on Angie's List deal. The team arrived right on time and completed the work in 5 man hours. They would have done additional tasks but the last yew removed disturbed a hive of angry bees. Andrew & i are discussing design service to use balance of hours purchased.

A Representative from Green Pro called and after talking with him, I realized that what I wanted would take more time and money. At this time, I can not afford it. It was great to talk it out with the Representative.

At first contact, service provider started to cut the service time purchased advising that drive time and disposal time was part of the 4hours or 8 hours of landscaping work, and wanted to charge me for additional services. Work requested was finally agreed on (though only 1/3 of what i originally wanted done, I emailed a detailed list to Andrew) Andrew evaluated property and advised that work would be done and gave me a time that Landscapers would arrive and have a detailed work order so that if in the event I was not able to be present the work would be done. Landscapers arrived over 45 minutes late, after I had to leave (was late for work because I was waiting for them) worked for not even an hour because they did not know what to do (never received work order from Andrew) and left. Returned in the afternoon to meet me after I advised Andrew of the situation, and then proceeded to tell be that what Andrew had advised me could be done in the 4 hours, they would not be able to do in that timeframe and the work hours were again shortened. At that point Andrew & I could not come to an agreement and I elected to have no further work done.

Paid for the Big Deal; made multiple calls to provider but never heard back. He provided only phone, no email.

They came to do the job while we were out - they trimmed the hedges very neatly and cleaned up perfectly - you wouldn't even know they were there except for the beautiful hedge trim job.

Andrew is extremely responsive and professional and his crews do an excellent job. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs landscaping work done on the North Shore. Andrew/GreenPro does hardscape and design work as well - we had him provide a quote for a project we did in 2013. Pricing was in line with other providers, but we ultimately went with a contractor who could do fence work as well (rather than working with two contractors).

There was a small adjustment to the bill, which he would not adjust regarding loam that was ordered, and not used. Being in a consumer business myself, I believe the customer is always right, and a good faith adjustment would have been nice. He also would not honor the 5% Senior discount advertised on Angie's List. The reviews given previously were somewhat of a surprise to me after having actually worked with him. I did say that he could put up a sign to advertise his work because the finished yard looks quite different and really beautiful.

I contacted GreenPro through Angie's List and received a quick response from the owner. I needed to have an overgrown garden cut down and removed. He came out to the house the next day, we agreed on a price and he had workers at the house the day after. Everyone was very professional and they cleared the overgrown garden and removed all the waste within a couple hours. I only have one small criticism. For the money I felt that a more thorough job should have been done in taking some care of the roots. The garden began to overgrow thickly within only a few days. The top of the growth was cut down and the dirt was raked over it to look nice but the source of the problem remained right underneath the top layer. It wasn't too hard to control after they left but I just thought it could've been a little more thorough.

It went very well. Andrew is very responsive and timely. His guys are professional and work hard. His price was slightly higher than other bids, but I really wanted to use him and he was willing to make the price work for me. The follow up has been great as well. He came by after the job to give me some advice on pruning the new shrubs and also came back to replace one of the trees he replanted for me. It did not survive the replant (not his fault - it was very mature) and he came back to replace it, only charging me for the materials - not labor which is greatly appreciated. I plan on having a patio built in the spring and will definitely call GreenPro to bid on the project.

They are always on time and very efficient. Anytime I call them they are ready to go. They are a very good company.

GreenPro promptly returned my call and came by the house to provide an estimate. Once I decided to go with GreenPro, they put me on the schedule for the following week. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely use GreenPro again in the future.

After obtaining quotes from other companies, and finding that most of them do not show up when asked, we found GreenPro on Angie's list. Andrew was always punctual in arriving for both meetings and work on site. His communication regarding delays due to weather (rain on the first date) was excellent, and was very quick in replying to my request for proof of insurance. The two fellows who came to complete the actual work were both hard-working and very professional - my neighbors out the back even commented on how impressed they were with both the work habits, and the outcome. We are very pleased with the way the yard has turned out, and also had them trim our bushes in the front. The difference is amazing - it just makes looking into our yard so much more relaxing and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this company, and will use them again as the need arises.

I was very pleased with GreenPro and their owner Andrew Mansfield. I would recommend them in the future and will use them for my Fall Clean-Up this year.
