+ -1 moreHe contacted me back within an hour or so after I left a message, and came right over on a hot Friday afternoon. I was incredibly grateful for the speedy response, thorough work, and his ability to help me connect two technical people on HVAC/Electrical speak to resolve a situation.
Description of Work: HVAC technician incorrectly stated power not getting to one of the condenser units. Joe came onsite and not only assessed that the power was getting to the unit (and demonstrated how he knew this), he also quickly repaired an outlet that had shorted and offered to speak with the HVAC technician so AC issue could be resolved

+ -1 moreWe lost lots of transformers, dimmers and LED lights as well as the router, cable, sound system and the heat zone controller. It took several months of discovering the various components that were damaged. The last was when we needed heat and it didn't work. He was thorough and got right to the problem on each item.
Description of Work: The house was hit by either lightening or a major power surge. We kept finding various low voltage items that needed to be replaced. The most recent item was the heat zone controller.
