Chance is DEPENDABLE and HONEST! He really knows what he's doing; he has done upgrade work for me when someone else did a job, and did it incorrectly. I feel very fortunate to have found him. He was recommended to me by a previous neighbor. I recently had a significant under the kitchen sink problem, and Chance got to me in short order --and saved me a ton of stress. Excellent and pleasant young man!!
