We hired a contractor in order to remodel our kitchen. The contractor had contracted with BAS and that they provided a quote of 4-5k based on the initial talkthru w/my contractor. My contractor informed me of the estimated quote and I decided to move forward with BAS. They performed the agreed upon work and that I am 100% satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the staff. I knew there was trouble when I received the first bill for $4360(rough), but thougth the finish would be another 2k, which was still an acceptable overage for some extra work that was performed. They completed the finish and then sent me a bill for another $4300!!!! i was floored and had called my contractor about the cost and he put me in touch with the owner(Don) I spoke to Don and he discounted the 8300 by $380 dollars for their travel time. He also stated that he should have did a walk thru. If I knew it was going to be that expensive I would have bid the job out... it left me a very bad taste in my mouth and I am not too happy! (the work is quite good) I am also in the process of searching for income property and will not hire BAS for my next project....

Everything was excellent. They were prompt and courteous. They did a great job. They were very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: We had some emergency service. We had a failure on our electric meter and they came to fix it.
